BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! We were just passing through town, heading home from vacation. Our AC cut out, and with 1 phone call James got us in, recharged our AC and got us right back out on the road.....we were traveling with both kids and both dogs and he accomodated all of us!! The best mechanic in Texarkana hands down! Went for a complete A/C replacement and front brake replacements as well as replacing the upper control arms and tie rod ends on my Silverado! He even changed out my cabin air filter. The price with insanely affordable and the mechanic was an all around respectable man! If you have car or truck issue check this guy out for sure! James was amazing! Visiting Texarkana for a funeral and ran into starter problems. Called Taylor Auto, he was able to get me in right away. Went and pick up the part myself from Auto Zone and he was done within an hour! Very impressed with his service and quality of work. Thanks again James for getting us back on the road!

The guy their is cheap and the part's he uses are cheap as well plus when you ask him a question about what he has done to my car. He get upset and says are you accusing me of put on wrong parts. So I had to ask him can a person ask a genuine question about what you have done to their own stuff. To me I think he thought he could talk to me any type of way since I am a women. He won't be seeing me ever again.

Was in the middle of a road trip and had the check engine light come on at 5pm. Wasn't busy, so got me in, got it diagnosed, and fixed all within about an hour, and for a fair price too. Saved the road trip, and saved me a lot of stress. Awesome service.
