Picked up a new Home Internet modem, the staff there were really helpful. Was in and out pretty quick. Easy store to find with ample parking.Had to go back the next day because of bad SIM card, again staff was very helpful and polite, even though they were quite busy.

Finally! Me severing the ties that once was AT&T! Them telling me my phone was no good, then buying a new phone to have them tell me that one was no good either... That was the last straw! We have used prepaid cell service for 12 years. I use my phone even less now. So $15 a month is ?!

It is a nice store and wasn't busy. I was quickly helped and given much information as I am considering changing carriers. I hope all the info I was given is correct as when I left and began researching a phone I'm considering the information I found on the web regarding the current sale appears different from what I was told in the store. I'll have to call and see which one is accurate. Overall a good experience with professional staff able to answer questions quickly.

I have been a customer of this location for more than 20 years and today I had the BEST experience. I was NOT happy when I walked in, but Aaron was patient and empathetic and actually HEARD my complaints and concerns. He was genuine and I greatly appreciate his advice and guidance. I would gladly award 10 stars if I had the option! I look forward to my next purchase because Aaron gave authentic feedback on my interests. For the first time, I did not feel as though I was pushed into getting something that I don't actually want. When I finished...in less than an hour btw...I left happy and actually laugjing.Thanks a million, Aaron for providing exceptional customer support!
