EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Technical support told me i could exchange my modem since im having an issue with mine. Exchanged it with NO HASSEL! Then they showed up to see if any issues were around where i stay, it was and they fixed it!!! I think i did a great investment with Sparklight

Set up was easy! They even had a technician come out and relocate my coaxial cable to a more convenient location in the house FREE of charge. The speed is on point, very fast, no lagging, no outages thus far. I am very happy with my service! 5⭐️

I’ve received excellent service with Sparklight wireless service and anytime I have a problem I call anytime and receive help with my issue. The installation I received was excellent and I definitely recommend going with Sparklight.

The representative I worked with was amazing he was very courteous and patient. He listened and explained everything extremely well. And the technician was so knowledgeable about the equipment and the install was extremely fast and convenient!

After some issues with connectivity Sparklight sent someone out and they discovered there was an issue. They are now working to find the issue and resolve the problem!

I had the company come out to activate another outlet in my house last week. The technician came out and said he did it. When I moved my modem it would not connect. I called the company again and they said they had to send out another technician. The same one came to my house and connected it and now it works. The low rating is because why didn't he do this the first time. This company/Technician cost me another day of work because he didn't do his job correctly the first time. The company did give me a $20 credit when I asked for a credit; but that doesn't cover the day of work that I missed. I may start looking for another company.

Poor customer service, they are great at customer acquisition but the service for existing customers is unprofessional and substandard, very rude and dismissive service representatives. Doctor's offices should stay away, I'm going to be switching providers.
