I had a old plan from the last company before sparkight took over... called them and got 4x the speed and saved me 30 a month!! Deal!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Technical support told me i could exchange my modem since im having an issue with mine. Exchanged it with NO HASSEL! Then they showed up to see if any issues were around where i stay, it was and they fixed it!!! I think i did a great investment with Sparklight
