Be prepared to spend a lot. We bought 2 tv mounts through them (learned our lesson- go buy yours ahead of time, they charge 4x as much!) and had 3 tvs mounted, it was $1000 (took about 3 hours of labor cost). interestingly, it took them an hour to mount each tv the first time but then when they came back to mount one that was done wrong and were not being reimbursed by us, they were able to mount it in 22 mins. 2 of the tvs they asked “is this where you’re wanting it” and the 3rd they did not and it was completely off centered and oddly placed. they did come back to fix for free after a discussion with the owner about his “satisfaction guaranteed” policy.the workers were super kind and friendly and did a great job. 5 stars for them. would hire them again if it weren’t through this company. But the owner called us when we had an issue and he was very condescending saying “listen sweetie i’ve been doing this for 30 years..” blah blah blah and super rude giving me a lecture like I was a highschool kid. talking over me, wouldn’t let me speak, etc. very unprofessional and disrespectful and will never give him our business again. we regret using them in the first place.

I had a security system put in today, cameras and all.. the whole shebang.. Sound Towne Inc. totally hooked it up. Very professional... the technician even offered to take his shoes off since he had mud on his shoes from his last installation. Excellent quality. I had to download 3 aps for my security system, and the technician took time to help me operate them all. Thank you guys!

You should change the name, lots of people know this as a car audio shop and I remember it was home audio back in the day too but it was high end stuff...that's where I learned about sundown audio but nowadays it seems more like a circuit city but on the wrong side if the tracks.
