The woman who attends this gas station has no manners and also and I also poured $520 worth of diesel and I had to pay for the coffee I always poured out at these gas stations and when you pour more than 100 gallons of diesel the coffee is free she waited for a supervisor to teach her manners to this lady

I used to come here all of the time. After they installed the self checkout, and won't check you out unless you get gas. No, thanks. I'll pass, I haven't been back.

Restroom is not clean and the door lock is not working properly. The gas pump number 5 print receipt is not working , may be out of the print paper or it’s broken.Cashier is friendly and helpful.

Horrible customer service and dirty store. Must be a requirement to work here because the staff is very rude and unprofessional. If it wasn't a requirement to fuel here from my job, I'd never step foot here. Restrooms filthy

I have never smelled urine so strong in a men's restroom. You could smell it with the door closed 15' away!!I told them at the front. A men said they clean the restroom every hour. That is hard to believe! I used the restroom out back/ outside!

Sign that you can see from the interstate shows lower price than pump amount. Very misleading!

I just needed to stop here for gas on a day trip, and that is what I accomplished. Pretty standard gas set up, including price. The convenience store is fairly spartan, including a so-so bathroom. Adequate is the theme here.

The truck pumps were a mess. The handles were leaking diesel and it was all over the ground. Slippery. The bathrooms were not that great either. The card reader was not working and you had to go inside. The clerk was nice so that’s the only star I’m giving

As an owner operator of two Shell gas stations in the North Little Rock and Morrilton area, this has got to be the nastiest Shell station I ever come to. They have six gas pumps three of the nozzles are not working they have bags over them also six of the credit card readers are not working. This is a circle K location which has hundreds of stores across the south. This is awful. The pumps are filthy the parking lot is nasty how is this a shell location I have no idea

Unbelievable. I fueled with my efs card at the diesel pump, came in to get my receipt and the girl said she was new and had no idea how to do efs and her boss was gone. So, she had to get on FaceTime with her manager which was still unsuccessful!!! Now she tells me that her manager is on her way from home to simply run my efs card(which just takes minutes at any truck stop). I dont blame the girl, I blame the management that left one employee a TRUCK STOP who doesnt know how to process efs cards... 50 minutes here now... late for my delivery.

I stopped in to the Circle K store in Arkansas yesterday and filled up my tank with diesel. The pump didn't issue a receipt so I had to go inside to get one. Thank goodness I did. When I got up this morning and checked my account, they had deducted FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM IT! I thought someone had fraudulently used it, but found out from my bank that if you use a debit card, the gas station can charge a "pre-authorization fee", but they said they had never seen one anywhere near that high. I called the gas station and she told me the banks set the fee, which is B.S. THEY set the fee. Now I have to wait THREE DAYS for the money to be put back into my account. I'm sorry, but NO ONE has the right to steal your money like this and hold it hostage for 3 days. Imagine the interest they make if they do this to thousand of people each day. My bank told me I could drive to the station, which is 35 miles from my home, and see if they would sign a letter stating they would release the charges! I guarantee if I had done that, the manager would have told me, "Oh, you'll have to take that up with corporate." I am SO TIRED of big corporations thinking they can take advantage of people. I wonder what they would think if they brought their vehicle to be repaired at my husband's small shop, and he charged them $500 more than what their invoice showed, then told them the next day, "Well, you see I just wanted to make sure you had enough money in your account to pay for the bill."

Not much there: restrooms, not well kept. Fuel Islands clean, older paved parking lot. Only a few spots possible for truck parking.!
