“I live in Louisiana but my 77 year old father lives in texarkana. We arranged for a POD delivery of a 12ft, thinking it was big enough for his items. Once arrived we noticed that it was not big enough. I was told that I would need to pay 178.00 to have the new brought out, but Andy was so kind and said that he would take care of it for me. I really appreciate that and would recommend pods to anyone in need of self storage. They even have helpers to help you move if you need that service as well.”
“Great customer service I locked my keys. (Phone) inside my unit. I called the manager and she met within 30 minutes. Units are well maintained and you have a feeling of being safe. If I was to give a downside it would be the cost. Not having a storage unit in the past I don’t know what units go for. It did clear up my garage. I am going to keep it. ??”
