Ordered an iPad in November 26 2023 for my daughter ,called multiple times to check on order and no one knew where order was,I have had past issues with the manager on location due to his unprofessionalism and I received a call today from another manager not in district stating I was denied . I don't recommend this store location .

Nothing but thieves with an attitude at this store. Stole my wife's money out of her purse when she accidentally left it there. She went back 10 minutes later to pick it up and money was gone. Manager refused to look at camera footage to see what happened. Thieves don't rent from these low lifes.

Customer service was not great. If you order off the website it says the items will be delivered and has you schedule the date but does not tell you you have to go to the physical store first which aparently is what you are supposed to do. I found that out because when my product was not delivered I called up there and was basically yelled at that they were not delivering that day it would be delivered the next day then I called the next day and was informed no you have to come in first. The website also does not tell you when that store is actually out of stock of the thing you bought or only has part of the order in stock. Over the phone they were not to friendly. Then when going up there they were not all that friendly either. And they only had part of the product I was attempting to order. So that was frustrating. After thinking about the whole experience over the weekend I just decided to cancel the agreement and return the part of the product I ordered that I actually had recieved.

Your staffing is lazy and rude and your state Line, Texarkana location I will not now or in the future be renting anything from the company and I will be letting friends and family know about the horrible experice I had and let them know what kind of garbage serice they will get
