I've been a customer for more than 7 years. When the accounts were set up, I was more than pleased with the service. The last few years it has gotten worse and worse. They don't know who you are nor do they care. The 800 number people are just as bad. I had a problem with a remote deposit that could not be fixed. That started the moving of my accounts. The new bank (State bank), they know who I am, always greet me, answer my questions and have even stopped by. Do not use this bank. Worse experience ever!!!

I recently had a very positive banking experience with Relationship Banker II, Melissa Chambers in regards to CD rates on 9/8/23. She was very friendly, courteous and professional. She made me feel good about my financial decision-making. Additionally, she was very nice to my granddaughter.

If I could give zero stars. I would. Rude rude rude rude absolutely zero customer care or concern. My company uses this bank so I have to come to this location. Employees act as if they do not like their jobs. Not friendly at all everytime I come I'm super polite and say thanks you and how are you and they can't even look you in the face! Definitely need some customer service training!

I had unauthorized charges 2 months in a row. I brought this to the attention of the Customer Relations Representative, Johnathan, at the Texarkana Branch. At first, he was cordial, but as I continued to check with him about the matter, he became irritated, rude, and very unprofessional.For some reason, he didn't submit my complaints about the unauthorized charges. I expected him to be an Advocate for me but instead he was an antagonist. Frustrated, my husband and I decided to close our account, so it wouldn't accrue any further unauthorized charges. Due to Johnathan's refusal to follow up on my complaints, we couldn't receive refunds.I advise all customers to monitor your accounts daily for unauthorized charges. We have been a customer for 8 years, and we never had any problems before now.

Been in two times to close an account and both times they assured me it closed but here I am with another stimulus check deposited in "closed" account and trying to beat the ex wife to get my part, wasn't so lucky the first time.

Deposited cash into my account the clerk John was so rude and the cash didn’t show up into my account. Stated it wouldn’t show up in my account today. Also was 1204 pm 9/28/21. He stated that he didn’t have to deposit my money that he could just send it back out to me. Didn’t seem to care that I had been customer for very long time. Already closed out savings there because of money getting taken out that wasn’t authorized.

I am new to this area and I was trying to find a local bank to do business with. as my current bank is not in the area. Over the phone the man that I spoke to was very convincing that regions Bank was the right bank for me. On Saturday I went to the regions Bank on Richmond road in Texarkana Texas and did not have a good experience. First of all it's a huge building but it only appears to have about four people working. There was a long line of people waiting to speak to someone. Me and my wife waited patiently for over an hour. I had asked a female who was sitting in an office and did not appear to be doing any sort of work if she could tell me where the restroom was. She said that she did not have a public restroom. I replied when I was a customer and not the general public. She's then said I would have to ask someone else .I left and found a different bank to do business with. A bank should help it's customers.

Drive thru closes at 5. Not a good idea. Needs to at least be 6 cause the inside closes at 5. Bad enough you have to make an appointment to even see anyone.

They mark your money as counterfeit, and then cant give you any reason why, the lives I guess. Their drive thru is slow and the even cant remember to give your bank bag back to you

I am a loyal customer of Regions for life. The ATM at this location ate my debit card on a holiday and when I came in the next day, T.J. took great care of me. Got the old card cancelled, a new card printed, and I was on my way. Every single time I come to this location I am treated like I am welcomed and important. I sincerely appreciate Regions Bank in general (their Green Line is also amazing), and this branch is the best. Everyone is so nice. Thanks Regions!
