My review is in response specifically to the infusion department. I have had multiple occasions where workers in this department have been rude to me or caught a hateful tone with me. My situation has not been the easiest to deal with due to doctor issues or insurance issues. Regardless, patients deserve better. For instance, when I called once stating that I needed maintenance supplies for my PICC line, I was asked why and explained the infectious disease doctor was putting me on an oral medication and he told me not to do PICC line meds and linezolid at the same time. The pharmacy lady called me with a tacky tone essentially accusing me of lying after she called the infectious disease doctor (whom she already knew did not order the PICC line) telling me that he did NOT say that and that he had nothing to do with my PICC line. Mmmm. I never said he had anything to do with the PICC line. She knew when he called him he was not the doctor who ordered the PICC line. He simply told me not to take both meds at the SAME TIME. When I asked her a simple yes or no question (does my doctor need to write an order for maintenance supplies?) she went on a two-minute lecture about why things have to be done a certain way, as if she's speaking to a two-year-old.I am now dealing with a new lady. Last week I told her my doctor would be taking over my dressing changes because home health was discharging me. She put me on hold, consulted with the pharmacist, and came back on the phone telling me they would be discontinuing my supplies since I have no one caring for my PICC line. Like...I JUST TOLD YOU MY DOCTOR IS GOING TO DO IT. What they needed was a note from my doctor vouching that she was in fact going to be changing my dressing. Why not just tell me THAT? Tell me what you need so we can work together to get the supplies, ya know? Then last week I agreed to pay cash for my meds (which are $260 a WEEK) since the MD was out of the country and could not sign for my insurance to cover. I just called asking if it would be possible to get it covered if the MD is back in the country to sign for it. She immediately got an accusatory tone with me (I was being very sweet and simply asking a QUESTION). She said, "I don't know. You signed AGREEING to cover the cost." I told her I KNEW what I signed, I just thought I would ask as it's crushing me that my mother is paying so much for my meds right before Christmas. She said, "I don't know if it's possible to flip flop back and forth like that on insurance." She said she could ask, but it was very clear based on her tone and attitude that she didn't want to deal with it and that I was being a nuissance to her so I simply hung up.People who are sick and going through a terrible time with their health deserve so much more compassion and patience than these people have shown to me. I don't know why people take jobs dealing with sick people if they are so irritated by sick people. They are getting boatloads of my money!

This company is a joke! They filed on my insurance and waited three months almost four and then had some smart mouth slug call me wanting me to pay a balance before they even sent me a bill. PATIENTS BEWARE of these charlatans! ALL About the money!

I had the experience of working with this company in their intake department for 2 months and let’s just say it’s been one of the worst experiences of my life. The systems and processes are years behind. They get paid bi-monthly so you could work bookus of OT with little return due to some strange payment module they use. They believe in billing all their customers the highest rate and process the most expensive claims for a higher return on all drugs made with little to no regard for your financial situation. They bill customers with no communication or forthcoming. They have no form of training for the positions you’ll work. Communication in the entire organization is horrible and delayed. Due to the lack of training you will be micromanaged. Employees with years in the company have zero regard for the inappropriate things they do and say with little to no consequences. The overall vibe is tense, overworked, and underpaid. Worst company to be a patient of and work for!

I applied for a delivery job here. I was not hired. The only thing that would have stopped that from happening is the 2 questions I answered “NO” too. 1- are you vaccinated for Covid 19 and 2- are you willing to be vaccinated for Covid 19. Covid 19 was never the problem, it is and always has been Biden and his clowns forcing something upon the citizens of the United States. I left a “One star” because I’m no sheep and even employment won’t make me vaccinate.
