Been a customer for several years now and talked to them about lowering my insurance by switching to another insurance company. They gave me a quote which was lower than my existing insurance now, but I had to go to bank to do a stop payment for my EFT payment on my renewal. I came back next day and after canceling my existing insurance and planning to sign up with new insurance the lady there refused to honor the quote she gave me the day before. Very unprofessional and got the feeling they did not care except to get paid. I WILL be switching to a better company soon and will not be renewing with these idiots.
