The Latino branch was amazing!!! I’m not Latino but this is where I will be going for member service, the girls were extra friendly, I walked in 5 mins before closing to open a additional account and they were eager to help!! id never use this bank for anything ever again i was told all my accounts was closed and i was gonna get sent my money that was left instead come to find out my credit card got charged for something on amazon they told me i couldnt do anything about the fraud charge cause my card was already canceled then told me i had to pay a late fee also kept sending me be back and forth to different people who kept saying they couldnt do anything but they defiantly had no problem taking my money

This bank used to be great. Been doing business with them over 10 years now. In the last 3 years they have been really poor on customer relations snd service SUCKS. If you call them you are always put on hold for very long periods of time snd dtaff is poorly trained.

Their call center is not the same as their business hours, so if you work out of state and can not bank with them locally and need assistance after 5:00 or on a Saturday you are screwed. They also do not post local office numbers. It would be a very simple fix and I have called numerous times in the last two years to address this concern. Also, there is a $500 spend limit for accounts that can not be raised, so if your rent or mortgage is over $500 and you aren't stuck in the Texarkana area your whole life then using this bank is pointless.
