Best mechanic in Texarkana hands down. They got to my car quick (2014 Ford Focus). Excellent customer service and communication. Told me what the problem was (which I already knew), and quoted me a reasonable price! They stand behind their work too! I usually do my own work, but I’m getting up in age (retired bus/diesel mechanic). You have earned a customer for life in me my friend!

Took care of my daddy's van and now that it's mine he's the mechanic of choice. It's obvious this garage does tip-top work because of the carsin his lot waiting to be serviced. Twenty people can't be wrong if they'vebrought their vehicles for these knowledgeable auto repair folks to fix. My van is a 1997 and they track down the rebuilt or salvage parts needed to get my beloved Chevy back on the road. Thanks to all the staff and bless you, Mr. Pate.

Great, prompt service. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and got it back repaired Thursday. They couldn’t replicate the noise it was making and instead of dismissing my concerns, they kept it and drove it around until they could. Very good about calling to keep me updated on my car’s status. Thank you!

I had a bolt stripped and broken off in my head of my gasket and he was the only person in town that could fix it. The moment i met him i was so confident in him. This place is amazing. Great people. Im coming here from now on!!!

I was having difficulty finding anyone to even look at my 36 year old Chevrolet. Most shops don't want to work on cars that old. Not only did Tim and his crew diagnose my problem but they had it repaired and back on the road in no time. Fast, friendly, service at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use Pate's Automotive again and would recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! Drop my Chevy truck for misfire code. 18 days passed by and didn’t hear anything from them. Stop by today to get it somewhere else. The guys at the front desk wanted to charge me $60 for something he wasn’t sure about it. I’m %100 disappointed

I was on a long road trip and my 18 yr old car started making a loud screeching noise. I stopped in Texarkana for lunch and asked some locals for a good auto shop. I did not want to go to the dealership because I feel like the dealership would have just ripped me off. I was fortunate to find my way to Pate Automotive. They were friendly, they had the parts I needed, and I was back on the road in less than an hour! I highly recommend Pate Automotive!
