Absolute worse buying experience of my life (and I buy a lot of cars). First, credit where credit is due....Lee was great and prompt with all communication (as this car was bought unseen and pretty much all over the phone and text. And when I had an issue with the car being picked up, Lee outside of his business hours, answered my call and stayed with me on the phone until the carrier had the vehicle in possession. I will also add that he was in the middle of a family emergency and still insisted on taking care of this with me. Please let Lee know how appreciative and great he was here for me during this experience. Fast fwd to the ongoing, still not resolved nightmare. I had not received any registration, plates, paperwork, nothing from the dmv. I phoned the dealership, they forwarded me to jamey, the office manager. She said she would handle and I would receive something from the dmv shortly. In time I received a phone call from the dmv saying they received everything from the dealership but it was months late and because of this I was incurring 5 late fees for the total of $756. I was informed the dealership had so much time to report the sale but they were months late. I took this information back to jamey, in which she profusely apologized and accepted responsibility. She asked that I pay the the fees, send her the receipts and she would have immediately reimbursed. So I went to the dmv (never a fun experience and not what I should be having to do) paid all the fees, received my registration, plates and tags. I contacted jamey again, sent her my receipts, she said she would get me a check out immediately. Fast fwd a wk or so, no check. Contacted jamey again, owner needs to sign the check, will send out in am. Wks later, no check. Covid busy excuse, holidays, people are out excuses, will have done this wk. Another wk goes by, owner had to take dad to drs 3 hrs away, check will be in the mail in the am. Still to this day no check. Jamey since then (Dec 4th) had just stopped responding to my calls and texts all together. I've also left messages for Kelley, another office manager (no response) Left messages for Joel (owner-no response) have spoken a few times to Duane (sales manager) kudos to him for listening to me and patiently understanding my frustrations. Although he said twice he would follow up and get back to me and would also have the office management or owner get back to me, zero responses from anyone. Today I have sent a message to Lee, jamey and the finance manager, with again, zero responses. So now I will take things into some other hands and contact the bbb and corporate. This whole situation is obviously super frustrating and not to mention, absolutely unprofessional. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I didnt even touch on how rude and unprofessional the clerks are at the dealership, I can't tell you how many times they would cut my call, transfer my call to the wrong extension or that I would call back and tell them I needed to leave a personal message, that the voice-mails I was being transferred to were full, they would put me on hold and transfer me again back to the same voice-mail that was an issue. This easily happened over ten times. I felt like I was a practical joke. Horrible experience.
