My boyfriend and I bought a car from here. Originally had nothing but good things to say about this place, but I guess after they have your money their customer service goes with it. If lack of communication is your thing, this dealership is for you. If you address issues with them, be prepared to get the run around until they get you to give up. Save your time and your patience and go somewhere else for a car.

There was power outage when I git there for my oil change. I had driven 60 miles to get there. Service manager Bobby thinking outside the box said no problem we can use flashlights. I really appreciate his ingenuity to get my vehicle service. Before the oil change was complete the power came back on and they rotated my tires.

Had an issue with our vehicle on a Saturday. They were able to diagnose, order a part, and fix the issue within a couple of hours. Great service!

Best place in Texarkana to buy a car AND get one serviced. Orr Honda has taken care of me better than any other lot in the city has even thought about treating me right. If you're in the market for a new or new to you vehicle stay north of I-30 and go see Toni Hancock at ORR Honda.
