“We were travel from Houston to MO and had a panel come loose on our car below the engine. Custom Car Care was 3 miles away. They fixed us up with a bolt to reattach the panel to the car. Customer service was top notch. And they took care of us with smiles and a 30 minute detour. Highly recommend this shop as they were so kind to help us out on our trip.”
“I have a 2016 Smart Fortwo Proxy and is rare to find a place that CAN/Will service this vehicle- well they did!! And they didn't charge me extra!! I was in and out in about 20 minutes- fast, friendly and cheap!! I highly recommend them!! FYI- I rarely ever leave a mechanical shop where I don't feel taken advantage of- today, I actually feel like I took advantage of THEM!! Just can't express how impressed I am with them!!”

“We had gotten a flat tire while driving from Austin to Little Rock in the evening of July 3rd. Of course nothing was open except Walmart Auto Care. We finally arrived at our hotel at 3:45AM and they opened at 7. I got up early and called them and they were so kind to check to see if they had the type of tire I would need if it required replacement. Fortunately, it did not. They checked me in and took my truck straight back, was able to patch the hole, replaced my spare under the truck (which was a pain to get down). They had my son and I back on the road in less than an hour. They had also checked all the other tires and aired them up for me. So grateful!”

“This crew is damn good! We were on our way to National Parks out in West TX and our battery died at the Texas welcome center just as we crossed the Texas/Arkansas boarder. Thanks to a nice gentleman at the welcome center he jumped the battery so we could get to Valvoline.
The crew that was in there on 9/13 (Friday the 13th) was by far the best. Incredibly friendly and knew their jobs. Battery was done and changed with in like 40 minuets. Give this crew a raise! Thank you for saving our asses and out trip! 10 Stars and 2 thumbs up! Stay Awesome!”
