“Heaven and Kevin were so friendly and honest the whole time, I felt very welcomed and we had a lot of fun talking in the little time I had to wait during my service. They did everything very efficiently and took care of all of my questions before I even had the chance to ask them, and we're upfront about everything they were checking and made me aware of the cost of everything before they did it. My car is running so well it's nice to have a dash without any warning lights haha thank you guys!”

“We were travel from Houston to MO and had a panel come loose on our car below the engine. Custom Car Care was 3 miles away. They fixed us up with a bolt to reattach the panel to the car. Customer service was top notch. And they took care of us with smiles and a 30 minute detour. Highly recommend this shop as they were so kind to help us out on our trip.”

I was in and out in about 20 minutes- fast, friendly and cheap!! I highly recommend them!! FYI- I rarely ever leave a mechanical shop where I don't feel taken advantage of- today, I actually feel like I took advantage of THEM!! Just can't express how impressed I am with them!!”

“We had gotten a flat tire while driving from Austin to Little Rock in the evening of July 3rd. Of course nothing was open except Walmart Auto Care. We finally arrived at our hotel at 3:45AM and they opened at 7. I got up early and called them and they were so kind to check to see if they had the type of tire I would need if it required replacement. Fortunately, it did not. They checked me in and took my truck straight back, was able to patch the hole, replaced my spare under the truck (which was a pain to get down). They had my son and I back on the road in less than an hour. They had also checked all the other tires and aired them up for me. So grateful!”
