48 minutes waiting for just pick up a part for my truck when no one is in front of me. Guy at part department is on phone for 37 minutes and after I get my part. Well done guys we don’t expect anything good from you.

Debbie was really nice but… service Side is hell, 11 hours wait they Just check with computer what is the issue ( def leaking and has sensor problem ) 5 min they checked and than says morning shift gonna take care your truck. After 4 hours they open they still didn't touch my truck. So if you wanna do couple days vacation come here. I wish I can give negative star

Very sad to hear one of our drivers left and lost 2 gallons of oil due to them not tightening something as simple as a oil filter down with a wrench. Prolly just hand tight and left it. I hope they don't forget/ cut corners with bigger jobs. Please watch yourself and double check thier work if possible. Also thier back lot is always full of trailers and busses ect. I honestly think they could care less about who creates thier paychecks. I hope you guys get auditied by a higher up. Place needs better workers and staff.

First time here to get a windshield replaced and the person at the service/parts desk wasn’t that helpful. He told me the people that they use couldn’t replace the windshield that day and when I asked if there was someone else he just said yes but they couldn’t get to me until next week!! I can tell you that was BS!!! My company made some calls and they found a local glass installer that had the windshield. I personally wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. They didn’t even make one call just to double check if any else had the windshield

Awesome place!!!! Great people from start to finish!!!! Check in at the service department was great and friendly and the mechanics were very informative and nice!!!! I highly recommend this place to get your kenworth fixed!!!!!!!

They forgot to add my paperwork into a work order and I was here parked waiting for 2 days. They serviced trucks that arrived after me and I had to constantly go inside and “check” my status in the line.

Awesome! This has to be a stand up place to do business. I stopped in a couple of days ago, and was very disappointed with my experience. The manager actually took the time out of his day to call me to make things right. I really appreciate it John. Outstanding representation of you and your company. My issue is with the parts department.Was in the Prescott AR TA shop for a serpentine belt and tensioner pulley replacement.Mechanic went in detail to make sure parts guy knew exactly what parts were needed. Repeated back to mechanic. Then sent fan belt and fan belt tensioner pulley instead.Next morning ordered the tensioner pulley (had to get belt from peterbilt, KW was out of stock) and they sent an idler pulley.More delay in what is a simple repair.UpdateI was contacted by john Oliver parts manager and we discussed the issue.The idler pulley instead of tensioner pulley problem probably was a miscommunication issue between mechanic and parts guy. Mechanic said idler first then corrected himself.I appreciate that I was contacted right away and my concerns not ignored like too many places would.I have no problem using MHC in the future.
