Upgrade on my phone. Qualified for a newer phone. Had some trouble at first, so this guy named Gabriel fixed me up. Great customer service!

They said they would only be able to give a partial refund in store that I’d have to get the rest by calling metro customer service line. That was a LIE when I called I was told that was not true and that they would talk with the manager and explain it was on them to refund me as I paid in full in the store. When I went back to the store the DISTRICT MANAGER REFUSED TO speak with metro on the phone. And to top it off the district manager had FALSELY put fraudulent information in the system that”I paid cash” so therefore metro customer service said only the store could refund me as the system shows “ I paid in cash” LIE I have a receipt showing I paid with my debit card but there’s nothing they can do since the DISTRICT Manager LIED . If the District manager is allowed to LIE and be so disrespectful shows you can NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I’ve reported to the BBB AND contacted my lawyer because it is not legal to put false information in the system to prevent a customer from getting a refund. Refused to speak with metro support and refused to give her name. Shameful that this is who represents your store . I added my receipt.. proof I paid via debit card this store needs investigated before more customers are STOLEN FROM! EDIT*** OWNER NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAIL EVEN THOUGH THEY PRETENDED TO SHOW CONCERN JUST for show!!! I’ll update again once case is over.

They never answer the phone. They lied and about my bill amount. STILL haven't gotten my upgrade. Ect.... Poor service will definitely find another provider....

I walked in upset and left happy with a free tablet and accessories.Love the new crew. A young gentlemen Gabriel I think was his name he helped me have a good experience. I will definitely be coming back to see him?

I've been with Metro for more than 8 years and i haven't had any problems with Metro. Just last month i walked into the store to pay my bill when i normally pay online but had some business in the area and decided to go in. Long story short, I walked out after paying my bill with a brand new 8 inch tablet with prime just like my phone plan which has prime as well i don't need to be around wifi to use the tablet which is great! And now my phone bill is $2 cheaper go figure,so go check those guys out there always having some kind of deals.
