I formerly shopped here for all my lumber and hardware needs. But, since they've done away with cashiers and most of their military discounts. I now use mostly local hometown stores. I'd only use it for large bulk purchases of an item now

I very upset I purchased some things on line. When they made the delivery on yesterday. My dishwasher was not on the truck. Now they want-me to pay another delivery fee. It’s not my fault that it wasn’t in the store at time they made the delivery. .Margret that works at the Texarkana Texas Lowe she was so rude. I want ever go back.

Lowes has just about everything you may need for any activity you're doing around the house or for work. We remodeled a house, so we were able to find good priced cabinet knobs, 12ft and 16ft 2×4s and 2×6s, screws, saw blades, tape measure and many other items. And the lady working checkout in lumbar was hilarious!

I will never buy appliances from these people again,had issues with washer and have the warranty but getting through to these people on the phones and the hoops you have to jump through to get a person on the phone is unreal I think they designed it where they don't want you to use the warranty or any kind of communication with people other than take your money and go

Waited 15 minutes for so.eone to u lock an EGo. Gave up and ordered from Amazon while I was waiting for $50 less. Went for spraypaint, again no help. Tried to checkout and only self service was open. I'll never go back. They don't have anything I can't get online. No point going to a brick and motor store if you can't get any service.

The lady (small brunette with wavy hair, sorry I didn't get her name) was working right beside the guys loading. My paint probably weighed more than she did but she loaded it and pushed it to me by herself. She helped me get my online order and was super nice and helpful. Online orders are super easy

Would like to give it a better rating but currently I'm dealing with a warranty issue over a chainsaw. Service desk didn't do the correct write up , so after 2 to 3 weeks I had to send it back now it's been 2 weeks awaiting again.after they wanted to charge me 5o to 70 dollars for service I didn't want done. Will see what happens next.

I would not have given them that if I didn’t have to. My husband and I bought a refrigerator from Lowe’s September 4. Was supposed to be delivered the 16th. I decided to call 2 days before to make sure it had come in and they said they did not know when they would be getting that one in. We was thinking Saturday we would have a new refrigerator. They never bothered to contact us to let us know that it did not come in. Glad I called Don’t trust what they tell you

If I could give it zero stars I would. NO ONE answers the phone in any department, rude employees, no answers, no warning on delivery/install, contractors of Lowe's also rude & don't want to do basic work. I had several projects I was going to have Lowe's do but not any more. We got so frustrated with Lowe's delivery/pick up/contractors & how it was handled, they wouldn't bring the product in the house, just dropped it in the garage. As a result we cancelled part of the order that was delivered 3 weeks before install. **UPDATE: Lowe's finally sends out someone to pick up the cancelled order, window of pick up 1:30-5:30, two guys arrive at 5:15 & say they can't take the order because it's not strapped, we told them they needed to bring straps but they didn't, so they call their manager/supervisor & he says they can't take it. The worker said the manager/supervisor was to call us but hours later no call back, so here the order sits & our garage is blocked for no telling how long. Lowe's just lost a big sale.

I have done business with Texarkana Lowe's for many years but will no longer use them. On 9-11-2023, they terminated Shawna, who worked in lumber for more than 9 years because she missed one too many days due to sickness. Miss Shawna genuinely care about the customers and took care of the contractors that came in. She was fired the same day that she Once Again was acknowledged as cashier of the month! You can't even get one of the other employees to so much as load for you when it is their jobs. Any company that cares so little for their veteran employees and allows garbage workers to stay is no one I wish to do business with.

Just left there was going to buy 2 rooms of laminate flooring. Everybody that worked there I came in contact with was too busy to help. Will not recommend to anyone anymore. Mt pleasant texas Lowe's is the place to go. They were more than willing to help. Big thank you Mt. Pleasant texas Lowe's. Drive is farther but well worth it

We found what we were looking for, and the staff was helpful and very friendly and didn't rush though waiting on you. A+ on the employees, thank you for the help and knowledge, when asked a question.

No one answer the phone at 7:00 at night. I have been holding for a manager for 10 minutes. And my husband has been on hold for 20 minutes. No answer. I guess the Lowe's in Texarkana is one busy or they don't care. Sorry place to shop.

Went to pick up a load of 2x12x16s for floor joists. Got home and found 3 of them were 2x10x16s…. Not sure how that even happens but will be calling soon to figure this one out.Update: This is why I still use Lowes! Called local store lumber was purchased from to discuss the process. Called me back and gave me a couple options, one of which was simply keep the boards that were loaded by mistake and a refund was given for the missing boards I purchased. Thanks Lowes! That’s good, local customer service!
