I formerly shopped here for all my lumber and hardware needs. But, since they've done away with cashiers and most of their military discounts. I now use mostly local hometown stores. I'd only use it for large bulk purchases of an item now

I will never buy appliances from these people again,had issues with washer and have the warranty but getting through to these people on the phones and the hoops you have to jump through to get a person on the phone is unreal I think they designed it where they don't want you to use the warranty or any kind of communication with people other than take your money and go

Waited 15 minutes for so.eone to u lock an EGo. Gave up and ordered from Amazon while I was waiting for $50 less. Went for spraypaint, again no help. Tried to checkout and only self service was open. I'll never go back. They don't have anything I can't get online. No point going to a brick and motor store if you can't get any service.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Terrible service, I purchased a fridge from this location and was supposed to get it delivered yesterday but it was damaged so I returned it. I was told to call the store to ask them what time the new one was gonna be delivered and the phone was ringing for 5 minutes with no answer, and when they did answer they took more than 15 minutes to connect me to the right employee. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

We paid for an appliance to be hauled off, Other applicance was delivered July 31, 2021 but Sharon manager from Lowes forgot to give delivery driver the ticket that said haul off, I took 20 minutes to get a hold of Sharon at Texarkana Lowes and she said tell them Miss Sharon said to take it. They didn't they put it on the porch and said we will be back tomorrow. Tomorrow Came and went and the refrigerator was still there so we called back again and a rude lady said well nobody is here to write a ticket so it won't be today, well... it is the 18th of August and I call on hold for 40 minutes still with Lowes corporate help, I use my other phone to call Texarkana Store get Miss Sharon and she first claims ignorance, then tells me well we are only in the area on Saturday, so after18 days of them NOT doing the job they were paid for she tells me she is still not doing it for 3 more days. THEY suck, shop at home depot or Lafferty's.

Very, very disappointed with Lowe's. My husband and I bought an expensive Oklahoma Joe's grill online. We had seen it in the local (Texarkana) store but because we have a small car, we couldn't transport it home, so we decided to purchase online and have it delivered. After waiting more than two weeks, we were told a trucking company would be bringing it to our home. When it arrived, the driver started bringing it up to the carport and the box was totally destroyed. Both ends were torn off and what was left of the grill was held into the remaining bits of cardboard with stretchwrap. We refused to accept it since it obviously was bent up and parts were missing. I immediately called Lowe's and after waiting several hours, I got a callback from them. I explained what had happened and told the man that I had sent the grill back via the truck delivery service that brought it. He told me I would have to wait until the grill gets shipped back to the Lowe's location that it came from before they would issue a refund. He also indicated that this would take 10 days or more!!! I am so dissatisfied with Lowe's customer service. I not only am out more than $600.00 , we also have no grill! I have sent emails to Lowe's that have gone unanswered, sure seems like that they really don't care about their customers! Bad, bad, bad. I think we will go elsewhere from now on!

I bought some flooring from Lowe's and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The job was contracted out to Service Pro. They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever met. Service Pro are liars and thieves. One of the worker took the remaining of my materials without my permission and when I confronted him about the materials, he lied and said he didn't have them. They left without completing several jobs at my home. Service Pro canceled several appointments at the last minute without rescheduling. The situation was so unbearable that I ended up canceling the contract after trying to work with them for 3 LONG months. Trying to get my refund was a total nightmare. The management team at Lowe's was worthless! Please stay clear of SERVICE PRO I promise if you use them you will truly REGRET it!

The only reason I gave one star is to show how low I rate them! I started having laminate flooring installed by their installers, Service Pros, in September, 2020. After a few no shows for scheduled appts, my flooring was finally installed October 30, 2020, but was not completed because the right baseboards and moldings were not sent out. It has now been 4 weeks since and Lowes installation has not gotten my rooms completed yet! My home has been in disarray since September and i'm getting no results from the many pleas to Lowes and their installation services

With the state mandating masks, Lowe's put up a small sign on their entrance door stating this but they are not doing anything to enforce it. I went to Lowe's to shop and had my mask on, however, there were more customers filling the isles with no masks and no regard to social distancing. We all need to do our part to protect each other! It's all "common sense". So, Lowe's .... do your part and enforce the mandate!

Lowe's in Texarkana has gone from fair to bad to terrible, and I'm sorry to have to state such in a review. The one star is for the checkers, who have enthusiastically worked during COVID, and are always pleasant, friendly, and often responsible for checking out long lines of customers. It's as if new store hours and COVID has given Lowe's an excuse to slack in product inventory, customer service, and competent workers. Hardware items are out of place, only half of the bins for screws, nuts, bolts had any inventory. The ones that did often contained assorted, out of place items. I travelled thirty miles to purchase wood, and various minor hardware pieces for a small project. I left with half of the items on my list: They were either nowhere to be found, or the "kids" working the floor had no idea what I was talking about (certain sizes of lag screws and nuts). What really smacked me good was the fact that their saw was still out of service, as it has been for over two months! I needed an 8' piece of lumber cut in two, and they were unable to do it. So, if you are purchasing single lumber that needs cut to fit for the drive home, "bring your own saw (byos)! Multiple aisles were blocked with the yellow tape, because nearly every employee was sweeping the floor, stocking, or huddled in conversation. This made the already daunting task of locating what I needed impossible. Frustrated, I gave up and left. I've used this location since 2018, and it was averagely stocked, with acceptable customer service. Texarkana Lowe's---you're the Lowest! Home Depot is my new home!

After a horrible visit to Home Depot we stopped at Lowe's. What a great experience. People helped us in flooring, appliances and bathroom areas. Big shot out to Caleb in flooring!! He helped us find the perfect flooring for our new home!!

So I went to the lawn & garden department today. No signs advertising the sale prices. I asked about a plant & was told they are 3 for $12. I was stupid & didn't check my receipt until I got home. They charged me $5.98 per plant instead of 3/$12. Not only do they need the sale signs up but the register needs to have the sale prices! I heard an employee tell another, that they were short handed but I saw plenty of employees. I don't think I'll ever go here for plants again!!

Mostly dirty and disorganized. Things in the outside section are dirty and damaged from weather. Hard to find help. Plants need some water.
