LabCorp is unfortunately my 2nd home due to several health ailments. Staff is often limited to (1) person with handling a high-volume in, patient traffic. Please be patient and understanding of the situation.
Sharon Record is accommodating, thorough, and devoted. Daphne Miller is also accommodating, thorough, and compassionate. Both (Always) provide the smile and positive perspective needed to keep you lifted.
They DO NOT rush through patients when faced with obstacles. Again, please be patient and understanding.
Blessings All!

I will never go there again. The person at the front desk apologized for having a raging case of Pinkeye. I pointed out that that was the newest symptom of covid, she then told me that she was tired of hearing about COVID. I am extremely compromised. She also could not do my lab work because she couldn't receive a fax because her printer was out of ink

Front desk receptionist is not professional at all. Seems like she doesn't want to do here job or be there. Obvious bad attitude. Sadly it's the only place I can go with my insurance.

Update: HealthCare Express and LabCorp, Around Sept 15, 2022 I received another Collection Notice from LabCorp for $366.00. They asked me to contact HealthCare Express regarding the bill. LabCorp needs HealthCare Express to contact them to change the “code” to Diagnostic, or something similar, so LabCorp can resubmit the charge to my Medicare. The primary care person at HealthCare Express, Sheila West?, did not speak to me the last time I went. She is aware that I am being billed even though HealthCare Express told me that Medicare would pay for the bloodwork. I said No to the bloodwork because I am on disability and cannot afford it. They know this. Why would they treat people like this? It is not a matter of weather or not they do a good job, they should be held accountable for what they do and for what they say when they say or do something wrong.Copied to HealthCare ExpressCopied to LabCorpThank you, Celso Gutierrez

I have very hard to draw blood from veins. I normally end up with two or more sticks without any luck. This is the second blood draw LabCorp has done for me. One stick each time. Excellent customer service. And very pleasant personal.

Purchased a test through another company for paternity and they used Labcorp to collect samples. I call before hand to confirm the appointment and a nice lady answered the phone. The lady that collected samples was very polite, quick and considerate that I didn't want my child to what we were doing there. "I was there for a Dr. Appointment." Etcetera. Very polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

Lazy staff, can’t get any one to answer the phone. Made to wait almost two hours, never seem to have my lab orders on time, worst place to go for medical problems
