I had initially given this place excellent review, but after today, umm no. I called about an issue I'm having with my tax return.There's some black woman who answered the phone and sitting up there laughing when I asked to speak to my preparer. I spent my short break driving up there to speak to someone in person. I'm explaining the situation to the lady at the front desk, and the lady on the phone comes out to the front getting an attitude with me and trying to argue. I have no idea WHO tf this is. No, I will NEVER do business with this place again.

The service here is amazing! Customer service was great, they worked us in very quickly! 10/10 recommend. The tax analyst Tomeko Dorn was very sweet and kind. She was amazing and very nice, works quickly and was able to answer all my questions directly.

Richard Gwyn. He knows our tax history and walks us through the process every time to make sure we are aware of any and all changes. however, should he decide to go fishing, (retire) I will continue with H&R.
