“9 times out of 10 the staff is very helpful. However when they aren't they REALLY aren't. For example I was told tonight (2/28/24) they would be opening back up at 10pm for a early release of FF7 Rebirth. Living 30 minutes away, I was excited all day and left with just enough time go get there at 10pm. What do I see when I pull up? An empty parking lot and all the lights turned out. They waisted my time and my gas. I called off work for this.”

However, little known fact..I always knew when they bought everybody's old video games back in the day for cheap that they would be back in business at one point or another. Now look at them! If you want to find an old video game this is the place to go! Be willing to break bread though as they have preserved the old video games as no one else has.Kudos Game X Change, respect to you.”
