“Great electrical distributor! As a partner to BMI, CED Texarkana exhibits exceptional business practices and shows an eager willingness to service their customers at all costs.”
“****For any mom and pop shop to survive in this day and age is phenomenal. The abandoned railroad bridge downstream contributed to a flooding event they had, and I know what that's like to clean up and suffer tens of thousands in losses. My most recent visit was to find an outside door measuring 28" wide, and knowing some doors are framed there I had to ask.If they built storage buildings, I'm certain the costs of purchasing would be far less than others but they run the risks of filling them up with more stuff.I can see a business like this design and build a kit for modular homes. Where if you can't afford a whole house, buy the kitchen, then later the bathroom and yes you still sleep in the kitchen...but you join these units together as you buy them, and complete them out.The savings to the investment kit could be tremendous!Precut wood, nails, screws wiring, and required tools suggested is all is needed. Building rafters by a jig could be done to include a whole house setup. "How to build" could be a free community class by those that wish to help and possibly get charity kickbacks. We only have homelessness because they lack the understanding of investment. Skill sets are built by application of labor. Building your own "home" builds the community, a skillet, giving a sense of pride and equity. The downside is taxation.Maybe removing the IRS should be first on the list.”
“Love this place, fair prices for great products, best $ for vaccines.
Just a great all round farm store who know their stock and products. Normally best priced in town even with other feed stores or chain stores, whether feed, dog vacc or boots. I recommend checking them out.”

“Clean store, nice employees, free popcorn and the only problem was most of their items they sell are almost too expensive. (Cleaning supplies, cookware, Rowe Casa items). But I like to visit to see what they have new in their little garden center in the front of the store. Their hanging baskets are usually priced well. They usually carry a lot of items, other stores do not.”
“These guys are the best. Hands down. For PPE or deals on tools. These guys will beat the biggest box stores around in their service, personal care, tool prices, PPE and helpfulness. They have far better PPE than anyone in Home Depot or S-Lowes and can get you better deals and better tools than almost anyone in a physical local I got a tool once that was less than half what most places were charging online (forget finding this tool in any store in the first place). They ordered it up for me aand it arrived quickly. and over $5 less than the best deal I could find. (for an $80 tool on average, they smoked their competition at less than $40). These guys have gone above and beyond even that helping me out. I always try to throw business their way by word of mouth because they are just that awesome. (And no, they aren't paying me ?). You can't buy this level of customer service and goods and for an industrial maintenance Millwright like myself in what they provide in our local community, they rule the roost.”
“Wonderful service, Joe Truesdell, the manager, mixed my paint and got me everything I needed even after a tornado tore the front of his store off, so professional. He worked in the dark with a generator to help us out. The Manor Hall paint we got was well priced, spot on with color match, and better than any other paint we tried. Went on smooth and looks like very high-end paint. Supplies were superb quality and everything we needed was in stock. Mr. Truesdell was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions honestly. Had a fantastic experience. Will be my first choice for any future painting.”
“Wow. Needed just a few items that could be found nowhere else. Small order. I was treated with great kindness and excellent service. I wish I had a big order, they would get it. Great job.”
“The owner opened up early for a few of us. While they didn’t have what I was seeking they have massive amounts of new and used power tools and some hand tools. Cordless drills and battery’s. They also carry bison coolers which I ended up purchasing a tumbler. Absolutely love it. I’ve last for 2-3 days and the lid twists on so no more worrying about spilling. Forget the big stores, they had everything and then some. Shop local.”
“All-time favorite tool store. Have never had a serious problem with anything I've purchased. And, if there was a problem, Harbor Freight is great to deal with. Thumbs up!”
“Always spend more than I want to. Always need more than I go in for, and my wife always finds something to get. Normally, it's chicks, or ducklings, or goslings, but she always seems to find something.... Useful place to have around, just hard on the wallet.”
“We recently moved to the area from Colorado and the Texarkana Home Depot has become our supplier of choice.
We've had some issues with custom orders [entry doors that were special order, Trex composite decking, etc] But the staff has been incredibly helpful.
Daniel, Mike, and Sean [managers I've dealt with] have gone above and beyond to resolve the problems we've encountered. They've been extremely positive and professional, even when I got frustrated and a little salty...
I bought a $200 paint sprayer for a project and found it to be a returned item when I got home and opened it. There was dried paint on the sprayer container and everything was just shoved into the box, not packaged by a manufacturer.
Sean drove to my house and brought me a new one to swap out with the one I had purchased.
Same day, within an hour or so of my reporting the issue by phone.
We live about 40 minutes from the store, so this level of customer service exceeds expectations by leaps and bounds!!
An operation of this size is bound to have issues from time to time, and those issues certainly are frustrating when they arise.
But this store's staff and management have been exceptional.”
“One of my online orders for installation had an error. When I went to the store to get it fixed, it was handled professionally, quickly, and with a small amount of reimbursement.
I feel that one of the best measures of a store is by how management responds when things aren't as planned. Weird to write, but it feels as though this store really cares about its customers and brand image.”
“Had to wait in line for twenty minutes, because someone didn't get their job done,, when anything is marked down on clearance, it needs to be changed in the register then, not wait.”
“Dots rental is the best place to rent equipment. they have good equipment and make you feel like family when you walk in the door. i cant say a bad thing about my experience.”
