Where do I even start ! The store manager blamed everyone else for his lies , tried to throw all his coworkers, delivery drivers, etc. under the bus, knowing all along it was him that was being dishonest. I Caught him in so many lies! He can’t even remember all his lies and keep them straight . We had a good experience while ordering my furniture with Miguel , and even thought it was a nice place ….. we had a terrible experience actually receiving my furniture. Fact is , believe the negative reviews, you just Can’t trust the manager Bradley at all. This was the Worst furniture experience I’ve ever seen . Ivan Smith on the other hand , did everything they told me they would do. Definitely shop elsewhere. Bad management can really ruin what would be a nice store .

The sales person didn't pressure us and let us walk the showroom and look around on our own. They are a little pricey.but have some nice stuff.

I paid $600 for a reclining loveseat. However, they delivered a basic recliner. Adam keyed in the wrong item #. I have contacted Brandi, store manager, as well as a corporate person, and after 3 weeks, this is not resolved. Apparently all they care about is taking your hard-earned money. So I've paid double what anyone should for a chair that I can't even sit in (it's too big for me). Thanks for nothing, Hanks.

Very professional and actually care about your wants and needs. A beautiful selection of furniture. High quality American made furniture at very reasonable prices. They have something for just about every taste of home furnishings. A all around great selection and great customer service.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Shelly. We were greeted soon after we walked in and was shown a verity of beautiful furniture.we purchased a new bedroom suit and patio furniture. We will definitely be back

Very unorganized and highly lack on communication. I had to call every single time for my delivery. Only for them to tell me that my furniture was damaged the day before delivery. No call on delivery, I had to call- Only for them to finally deliver, at the end of the day, and had two footboards instead of a headboard. I really hope the furniture is durable and lasts. I mistakenly financed with them. Once it is paid, will never use again. Not happy at all with this company.

I have completely furnished a condo in Pensacola using Hank's and had no issues. Everything was delivered on time and as represented. When my daughter moved and needed furniture I want to Hank's and expected the same good result. Instead the service has been a nightmare. I was talked into a particular table and chairs because the set would be available on April 20. The day before April 20 I got a call saying 2 of the 4 chairs would be delivered and the other 2 a week later. On April 20, no chairs were delivered. Since then I have repeatedly been promised, "The chairs will be here on Thursday, and we will immediately ship them." I even called the corporate office and was told they would contact the store. Two weeks ago I was told two chairs had been shipped on Thursday and would be there on Monday (May 30). Still no chairs. No one ever calls me to say chairs have been delayed. No communication is initiated by Hank's. Today I called Hank's and was told, "The chairs will be in on Thursday and will be shipped." I have never had to put up with service like this from any reputable vendor.

Do not buy anything from Hank's in Texarkana, Bradley the store manager is rude and clueless. We bought a full living room set that squeaked loudly from the time of delivery. Took six months to get fixed or replaced. Two month later recliner broke while still under warranty and been a month since placing warranty claim on recliner and cant get a simple status update on when tech will be out. Bradley only cares about sales and not customer service or even the customer.

Do not buy furniture from this store because you will regret it. The manager Bradley is dishonest and you will have a hard time getting your furniture. After being lied to several times about specific dates of when I would receive my furniture I reached out to the store owners and left phone messages, emails, etc. I was determined I would get my furniture one way or another. I don't understand how Bradley keeps his job.

I purchased several pieces of furniture from Hank's Fine Furniture in Texarkana in August and requested delivery in late September. Most of it was delivered, but the chest of drawers was damaged and had to be reordered. Since October I have been lied to multiple times by the store manager. The first time he said it was in the store and would be delivered the following week, when I called over a week later he said it was in the warehouse in Little Rock and would be delivered to his store 12/14/21. I called today and he said delivery was now pushed out to January.

We went in to Hanks Furniture 2 weeks ago looking for a sofa and love seat. At first, the store manager, Bradly Watson was very personable, persuasive and friendly. He told us that the set we were looking at was available in the gray color we wanted in Little Rock warehouse and would be be shipped out Thursday of the following week and we would get the furniture delivered by Saturday. I paid cash in full for the furniture. We did not hear back from him until LATE Saturday evening to tell us "that the company had labeled the set wrong" and shipped the wrong color. He assured us it would be on the next Thursday's truck. They would put us first on the list and deliver it Friday of this week. When we received NO phone call, my husband went up there Friday afternoon to inquire and Bradley said "they were putting it on a special truck Saturday but it would be late." My husband said ok, if it's not delivered I will be back for.a refund. We waited til 5:30pm Saturday still with NO phone call or communication. When we went up there, Bradley would not even look at us to communicate. He was rude and gave every excuse. He never apologized much less did he even stand up and meet up from out behind his computer and desk. If he would have just been honest and said the warehouse didn't have it we would have respected him much more. After all of this, they then tell us that the corporate office will have to issue us a refund and it will take up to TWO WEEKS to get our money back. I WILL NEVER recommend this place again. It is the disrespect, lack of honesty and making excuses that ruined the whole experience. It is NOT THE CUSTOMER's responsibility to have to follow up on a $2500 sale paid in full! I don't know how they stay in business with the management the way it is. Sad.......

Got a nice blue velvet chair. It is non refundable but cool looking. Helped load it up. Had some kind of water issue and certain things getting great discounts.
