I was try to book a 2 rooms for a business trip and the man at the front desk start off we are book you need to look online. I asked can you check that's why I'm calling. Again I need to look online we are booked . After the third time he tells me yes we have rooms . I stay in Hampton inns all over the country and this is the first time I felt not welcome. Well I'll stay next door where they make you feel welcome.If I have to deal with a front desk associate. I'll book elsewhere. Not a good why to handle a customer

Good clean room. Good breakfast. On the little table in room 220 there was ants on it. My wife killed at leat 7 or 8.

I had a reservation scheduled at this hotel, however, due to a flooding in the area, Google said my route would be affected, so I was not able to make the reservation. Know that this hotel WILL NOT taking to consideration your situation. Unless they receive word from some corporate office, they will charge you the full amount. Hilton does not have an option for a last minute emergency cancellation. I held the room because I don’t feel it right for them to take advantage of my misfortune by making more money on the room. I never made it there because I couldn’t and they are very aware of that. They did me no favors whatsoever.

Poor service. Front desk worker checked me in incorrectly (day time check-in), and the details of my reservation were not accurate. When I attempted to fix them, I was met with hostility. Manager, Ann, was called to help on 2 separate occasions. She was also unhelpful and hostile. Once they realized they had indeed made mistakes on their end, the hostility remained. No apology for the way we were treated or the mistakes made. We come to Texarkana often for work. We will never return to this hotel, despite the convenient location.We were not upset by the mistakes made. We just needed them fixed. It’s ok to make clerical errors, but it’s not ok to double down on your anger when you’re incorrect.I did make a phone call to the front desk in the late evening (about 2am). The man I spoke to working the night shift was great.Rooms: Rooms were fine.

Very nice clean hotel. Just what we needed after a very long 12 hour day of driving nearly 700 miles from Louisville, KY. Breakfast was typical of most Hampton Inns.

Clean, friendly staff, and good breakfast options. I am staying here for a business trip with a spouse and am pleased. Check-in was smooth, and I was given upgrade due to status without asking. Lots of parking. Dogs allowed, which may concern some, but I only encounter dogs with well-behaved owners.

Traveling as a family of 4 (5 and 3 year old), this was a nice stop on our road trip. Quiet and clean, with a good breakfast. I downgraded from 5 to 4 because the bed wasn't the most comfortable. My husband said it was too firm and I couldn't get comfortable on my side at 24 weeks pregnant. The kiddos slept well, tho!

Stayed for 2 nights. Very disappointed in our experience. We have stayed several times before in the past and it was wonderful. The heater was loud and rickety, you could literally see daylight coming through it. Room seemed clean but worn and didn't smell clean. No extra blankets or pillows in the room. Got an extra blanket from the front desk but no extra blankets available.Breakfast downstairs was barebones and completely lackluster. I didn't even eat it the second day. Bathroom downstairs was out of toilet paper and paper towels and had a basket of tampons sitting in the stalls, how utterly tacky is that? The floors downstairs had continual footprints and water from pool, it just was so trashy looking and probably a hazard. Staff was mediocre, everytime I went to the front desk there was no one there. I had to yell back to get any attention. I will not be staying here again. So disappointed, I expected better from a Hampton Inn. This certainly was NOT a luxury experience.

We stayed one night,clean room but the shower sucked. The seal on the tub spout leaked bad causing little water pressure.Nearby activities: Lot's of restaurants.Walkability: We walked everywhere.

My problem was that I could not go online on my Surface Pro. I tried to use the other method to go online, but it would not work.Also, my room sink (room 319) is too small.

Room was dated, but I wasn't expecting a 5 star spread anyway. My room sink was clogged and the carpet was....... I rather not say. But the service was top tier, and the complimentary breakfast was a plus.Rooms: Very dated.... Late 90's decor at best. Everything looked clean but felt old.Nearby activities: Plenty of food options and shopping nearby
