Wow… I’m not sure where to start. I was contacted by a sales man (Scott Wilson) in the used sales department. I thought I was being sold a nice used car with low miles but it has been nothing but trash since I bought it. I didn’t have this car 3 days and the check engine light came on. A few days go by and it goes off. 3 weeks into having the car it’s making a popping noise going down the road. The struts, sway bar and strut mounts have gone bad. Now a month into having the car the battery is shot and when it got replaced the car won’t even crank. This place is scum. The service department is absolutely zero help and they made me purchase a $2500 service contract when I bought the car because the dealership required it to make money. This place is a joke. Do not buy a vehicle from here they will not fix my car and now I’m stuck with a 27k note haven’t even made my first payment and have over 3k in repairs.

Unfortunately last week I wrote a glowing review about this place. Here's my story and experience, my wife traveled over 1,000 miles to go pickup a truck that we had really wanted. Four hours after she left the lot my insurance company was kind enough to let me know there were some suspicious flags about the vehicle. We were sold a CLEAN TITLE on this vehicle, for the next 48 hours I had been tracking down the history of a truck sold by this dealership. Come to find out BOTH Texas and the state we lived in recognized it as a SALVAGE TITLE and could see that in the vehicle history. We were informed it had been in a wreck by the dealership but it wasn't even a rebuilt title nor did they disclose the severity of the accident. To make matters worse the response from the GM was "well you should feel safe, that looks like whoever repaired the vehicle did an excellent job". This was a slap in the face and this is very illegal, it's called title washing. Please everyone be extremely cautious! My experience was a true nightmare and unfortunately that is what I will always remember about this place of business. Buyer BEWARE.

As typical of car lots as soon as they got they're money that's when the service stopped. I bought my truck from them over the phone with no problems. Vehicle was as described, after 30 days I still do not have any paperwork other than the title. They tagged my truck without informing me which cost me an extra $2500 as this truck was going to be tagged commercial which excludes me from paying sales tax. The only reason they get 1 star is because of Mac the salesman.

Our sales rep, Marci, and the sales manager, Mark, were both very professional, and also personable and not pushy! They made our vehicle buying experience enjoyable and got both myself, and my husband in the vehicles we wanted by going out of their way to find exactly what we were looking for. They have our future business and I would definitely recommend giving them a chance! They were great!
