9 times out of 10 the staff is very helpful. However when they aren't they REALLY aren't. For example I was told tonight (2/28/24) they would be opening back up at 10pm for a early release of FF7 Rebirth. Living 30 minutes away, I was excited all day and left with just enough time go get there at 10pm. What do I see when I pull up? An empty parking lot and all the lights turned out. They waisted my time and my gas. I called off work for this.

The employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Never had a bad experience and have been a pro member for YEARS!

Excellent customer service, decent selection for a small location, and they were the only ones within a two hour drive in any direction who had the game I needed to purchase for a Christmas gift in stock. Even GameStop online customer service (it'd be a bad review if I were being asked to review that experience) finally admitted they had no idea when they'd have it back in stock to ship after saying they had 4 copies available for ship but supposedly none for pick up when I placed the order.

Dude that was working when we went was great! Severely understaffed when more than a few people came in but he handled it well! Kudos, buddy.

This store is a disaster! Picked up three items and every single one was priced incorrectly in the computer or stickered wrong. Preowned games scanning for new retail price. Cashier wasn’t enabled to fix the pricing for anything. Disappointing.

Horrible. So I bought 60 dollar game and i asked specifically for xbox one game and they gave me a xbox series x. A new gen console that cost 400 and so I forgot to play the game for a week and it wont let me pay. They gave me a game that I cant even pay and wont give me a refund.

So glad to find a store open. It was nice and well stocked. They forgot to charge me for and give me one of my purchases though. I hope this store remains open.

Went to sell my Xbox 1s and games. Ridiculously low prices for the same games that they charge premium prices when you try and buy the game from games top.The clerk offered to take my Xbox 1s home with him to download the up date so as to erase my info, as I had asked. This was due to the slow upload or download speed at the store. He claimed it would take around 3 hours. Advised him that I'd leave it and comeback. He said I'd have to wait in the store so that they didn't want the liability of the console being stolen...Seemed like a nice young man, but I didn't know him and wasn't sending my console with all my info home with him.Nobody really cares about customer service anymore. Furthermore, if they bought a used game from me for $5 or less dollars and sell it for $30,40, or 50, then why can't they afford better internet?
