These people are great. Did a large repair on my Audi. It runs like new. There was one thing that wasn't exactly right, and they took care of it immediately.

Charles Hover installed PPF and ceramic coated my 2022 Kia Telluride. Charles goes above and beyond. Extremely nice guy, very detail oriented, and makes sure you are happy. Definitely recommend and will be going to him in the future. He will be tinting my windows in the near future. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG BY GOING TO HIM. He also is very good on pricing….he does not price gouge.

I couldn't ask for more personalized service. Ryder kept me up to date on my car repairs and even advised me about next inspection needs to maintain warranty and proper functioning. Great auto repair experience. Would recommend them highly.

Purchased a Maserati from Forza that they "purchased" from a customer that declined to pay for repairs, and 2 months later it stopped moving under its own power. Took the car back to them to have it repaired, they told us the clutch assembly needed replaced and would cost $8k!!! That's only $2k less than the amount we paid for the car!!! I declined repairs and had to pay them $1k to get it back disassembled. After getting it home and inspecting the parts they claimed needed replaced, found that the only thing that needed replaced was a $300 part. So if you have more money than brain by all means take your foreign car here.Service: Transmission repair

Always friendly. Prices are high but they work on European cars that a lot of repair shops in this area will not work on.

Horrible service. I took my BMW there for for diagnostics only. They broke bolts didn’t hook up my fuel injector back up correctly.Do not recommendService: General repairs & maintenance

I had taken my car to Forza for several years as a BMW owner in Texarkana, where there’s no BMW Dealership. Although about as expensive as the dealer, I originally had no concerns that my car would be fixed correctly and professionally. Within the past year, that has all changed. I’m not sure if they have had staffing changes or not, but there’s definitely an opening for a good German repair shop in TXK.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Ive taken my bmw to them several times the first time it was a headlight issue I knew I wad eventually going to need a headlight assembly but as soon as I took it to forza one of their mechanics seemed to shave down my wires behind the headlight to finish it off , and they did a diagnostic trying to charge me up to 13000 to fix every problem on the car they thought would soon give me problems which was why I had a second opinion. The lady behind the desk is nice but I was a little uncomfortable talking to her about my car cause she is not the mechanic but no one who actually looked at my car came to talk to me about anything they were like it's ready come pick it up or we can fix this problem for 1600 when I didn't know this problem even existed if they are being fair I've read enough reviews and talk to enough people around town that tell me don't keep taking your car to them because are not fair the same problems with my car still exist and every time I take my car there a few weeks later another problem pops up.. I know the kind of car I drive is expensive with parts and labor but I feel like I was really being taken for someone who they thought was just going to keep pouring money into a car that they keep coming up with other problems... again I have nothing against the lady at the front desk but her job is to inform people that their car is ready for pick up and arrange payments not try and inform you on what's going on with your car she is not the mechanic so her information is second hand I need the person who actually worked on my car to explain to me what's going on with my vehicle
