This Discount Tire team is amazing! I was traveling from Taylorsville KY to Willis TX when my vehicle picked up a screw in the rear tire and started leaking air. We stayed the night in Texarkana so that we could be at Discount tire at 10:00 for our appointment. We showed up early just in case we could be squeezed in before 10:00. Just like all Discount tire stores on Friday mornings, these guys were slammed and running in overdrive. Very much to my surprise and appreciation, they brought my vehicle in to the service bay early. The technician quickly serviced the damaged tire and reinstalled on my vehicle in a quick effort. Not only was I in and out before my scheduled appointment, the repair was performed at no charge! These guys are faster than a Penske Racing pit crew, and just as committed to excellence! Thank you to the Texarkana Discount Tire team!

I needed a set of uncommon sized tires and checked several places around but no one had them in stock. Discount time told me that they could have them the next day and also had a better price than others that I’d had talked to. They called the next morning telling me that they had arrived and they could install them right away. I live about an hour away from Texarkana and I expected to be there for a little while. Within about twenty minutes after I got there they had them installed and had me ready to go. Great price, excellent service! I’ve found my new tire dealer.

I felt like this Discount Tire took advantage of an out of towner who just wanted to get home safely. I brought in a flat tire and they told me it wasn't fixable and that I actually needed to buy 4 new tires since all of mine were not safe. They pointed at some marks on my tire as the problem. Discount Tire quoted me just over $2000 out the door so I could be safe to drive home. I went to the nearby Ford dealer to get a 2nd opinion and they not only fixed my flat for cheap and they also said all of my tires had normal wear.

The stupidest experience I’ve ever had in my life. Dropped my car off under the warranty, was told it would only need a repair from the nail I assumed was in my tire. After being told by Charlie “you got a dangerous problem with your tread on the front two tires.” I came in for my back right tire and had my mechanic call them and tell them I was coming. My mechanic has looked at my tread and it’s fine. I still have a ways to go before I need new tires. Went to pick my car up after receiving a text that it was ready, and was told they had to replace the tire and I needed to pay under the warranty. Never got a call or was told it would not be a simple repair until I came to the shop. I get my keys and go to leave, with my mom following me from dropping me off. Before I get out of the parking lot, my rim cover flies off. None of the bolts were tightened. The only person I can recommend at this shop is the tall, kind African American tire technician who came to help me. Hunter, Charlie, Tony and the red headed technician who watched my rim cover roll and turned back to go into the shop instead of helping need to be reprimanded, and if I were the boss, they’d all be fired. Do your job, be honest and don’t ramrod women. Here’s the picture of my freaking rim cover that rolled 60ft from the parking lot to the grass field down the slope by their shop. Thank you to the African American tire tech that’s tall, I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name but your kindness meant so much. As for the rest, I hope corporate calls yall on the carpet for your stupidity and unprofessionalism
