I have used the pharmacy for over a year now and have always had very fast, nice and friendly service. However, my past more than few experience have been more than rough. They seem to be very short staffed and some days they open very late due to no pharmacist and cannot seem to keep staff and the ones they've had lately have been rude. I truly feel upon new MANAGENT this pharmacy can get back to the great place it used to be. I'm not the one to do reviews but issues like this mske it really hard on the ones who stick thru all the rough phases and to those few women I just want to say thank you, you are the reason I continue to come back.

My CVS Pharmacy experience was great because of the staff member that waited on me ! Friendly with a smile and very professional and helpful!!!

Not only the hands down worst pharmacy in Texarkana, but I challenge anyone to find one worse than this anywhere else on this planet. CVS just close this location and save yourselves the embarrassment of being associated with this poorly managed, inefficient, $hi+show.

I have to call to remind them over and over to refill my meds it will be in process and sit there for days. if I don’t call they won’t fill it .. ontop of it they have been closing earlier and earlier ontop of closing an hour during lunch . I stood in line waiting and when I got up to the counter she slammed the gate in my face and told me they were taking lunch ! I was shocked there was only me and one person behind me she could have taken care of before doing that .I had to argue with them about a migraine medication they kept saying was controlled my dr office was so confused because it is not she called them herself while I waited she said I have no idea what they’re even talking about I’m going to look it up myself , then I get the authorization and they say they have to order a specific one and months go by and I still couldn’t get it and it was the same argument I sent it elsewhere and they filled it no problem without an authorization!!I’ve had a girl announce what meds I was on when one was in fact a controlled medication for pain and she told me how addicting it is etc etc I said I don’t think the people in the back of the line heard you say it a little louder so everyone knows what I’m on !They use to close at 9 then 8 and I just found now 7 . There’s no decent pharmacies in this town anymore

Today ended my patronage of Target Pharmacy. I’ve used them exclusively since they opened over 15 years ago. I received a call that my prescription was ready so I immediately drove over. I walked up behind one person in line, when she left the pharmacy tech told me they were closing for lunch and to come back in an hour. Someone else in the back proceeded to lower the gate. I said, “I’m just picking up one prescription.” She laughed and told me come back in an hour. ? I’m completely floored. There were so many things wrong here:No notification on the call of a closure.No notification as I was waiting in line.No one else in line behind me.I won’t be returning in an hour, or ever again.

Many road blocks to get pre authorization approved for non covered meds. Pharmacy says I need to contact doctor. I contact doctor, don't hear anything. Contact pharmacy, they say I need to contact doctor. Then I find out the pharmacy never sent the form to the doctor. This happened 2 times in 3 weeks with 2 different meds. Pharmacy has no concern for sick/cancer patients. This attitude extends to customer service at Caremark at all levels. Would never use this pharmacy if insurance approved any other pharmacy. Never thought I would find a pharmacy worse than the VA, but this CVS is worse!

This has become the worst pharmacy since CVS took over! Insurance requires that I fill at cvs! The wait just to pick up is always every bit of 15 minutes even if you’re the only one in line! I paid for and selected delivery and they didn’t mail them. I drove 30 miles one way to pick up my son’s refills because they forgot to mail them. Always rude. Always slow. Always bills the insurance wrong and I have to have them put it back through. Always messing up.

CVS Has So Much Too Choose From, With Great Prices. They Have Items That Are Unique. And Also Have Some Clothes At Awesome Prices. Customer Service Was Very Helpful and Courteous. Really Like CVS.
