We were travel from Houston to MO and had a panel come loose on our car below the engine. Custom Car Care was 3 miles away. They fixed us up with a bolt to reattach the panel to the car. Customer service was top notch. And they took care of us with smiles and a 30 minute detour. Highly recommend this shop as they were so kind to help us out on our trip.

I have not had work done here since I live in South Texas however the phone call I made the other day was very helpful regarding my safety inspection. Unfortunately I don't remember the ladies name but since I drive Long Haul and my car is in Chicago and I was in Charlotte North Carolina I told her that I was trying to get to a location this weekend when she told me that I could possibly get away from her. This is to say thank you because that waiver was very successful
