Lindsie was so nice, courteous and knowledgeable. She should be acknowledged. The manager Isreal, however was not as nice and was a bit cocky.

Went to fix my husbands phone, it was having activation problems. The guy and girl in there wouldnt get off their personal phone calls to help us out. They both seemed to be high as a kite, and after standing there, they told us to call customer service that they couldnt help us. Went to the state line location, and they fixed us right up in 5 min. No problem.

I spent over two hours there. Slow service. Finally bought a phone for my blind 91 year old father. They repeatedly assured me it was voice activated for phone calls. They also repeatedly assured me that if it would not work for him they would refund his money. Suffice it to say they lied on both counts. It could not make calls by voice request (a different clerk admitted) and only refunded half.They cheated an old blind man!They cheated an
