Nice, clean hotel. The mattress was awesome. The water pressure in the shower was great. Our freezer pac got stuck in the freezer due to too much ice build up. I had to use the blow dryer to melt some of the ice to retrieve it. Breakfast was the standard, eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. Thought it was odd to see tip jar out at a help yourself breakfast.

I had booked another hotel and when I was 16 minutes away from there theycanceled my reservation. Because I lived too close. It was when we had bad weather and I explained to them. I was a nurse and I was wanting to make sure. I got to work the next morning And I was afraid the roads would be too icy from my house. They didn't care so I called yall and I asked to guy if I book online. Are you gonna cancel me and he said no. SoThe the rooms were great. The bath water was hot and the exercise room was Perfect. I felt the swimming pool water. And it wasn't too hot or too cold. But I was getting over a cold so I didn't get in but I just stayed in the pool area Because the ambient temperature for that room was so warm and I just chilled out. The next morning the breakfast was great. And the service was with a smile and a friendly person. I would recommend this hotel anytime. And if I ever have to rent again in town it'll be here I would recommend this hotel anytime. And if I ever have to rent again, it'll be here.

Front Office Employees were amazing.Easy access off the highway.Clean and crisp rooms.Pool was amazing, although not convinced actually heated. Hot Tub is covered and not accessible.Everything was great.Noteworthy details: Breakfast on real dishware was great.

A nice and affordable hotel. Stayed here with my family (2 adults, 2 toddlers). Easy check-in; clean & stocked rooms; but what was most impressive was the delicious breakfast! I’d highly recommend.

Right off I30 and is a great place to stay. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, and complimentary breakfast has a nice variety. I recommend their rosemary potatoes. The next time I need a place to stay in Texarkana I'll be staying here.

Really great place to stay. Staff easy to work with, clean rooms (didn’t even have to “make a nest” for the toilet seat) and best breakfast I’ve had in a while when it comes to mid-range hotels - REAL plates and silverware! Totally recommend this place if you need a place in the area.

Was one of the best Hotels I have stayed at in America. Super friendly staff, all was ver clean and in good shape. Breakfast was wonderful with The staff. Vera was in the breakfast area and was a great person, making you feel welcome and kept it all in great shapes. I will definitely plan to stay there again when in the area.

One of the best stays in my travels. The staff was excellent even after checking out of my room. The staff continued accommodating me while I waiting for my train to Chicago. Updated clean room with tasty breakfast.Rooms: Very clean

We loved our stay here! First of all the room was very spacious and clean which was wonderful. Also Stacy at the front desk was absolutely amazing she was so sweet and helpful. Will definately we staying here again!

I want to start by saying that when we checked in, the front desk was very friendly.That was my only positive experience.The bathroom constantly had roaches crawling on the walls, the shower was dirty and moldy, the heated pool was out of order, and the carpet felt disgusting. The fixtures were poorly installed, and I believe they don't wash the comforters because it was only between two sheets. I chose this hotel because their own site rated themselves so highly, I sure was deceived. Please choose a different hotel. Save the lost sleep about the filth.Safety: Roaches near our toothbrushes and toiletries is disgusting.
