I had my wife’s wedding ring repaired here, and all the ladies were extremely helpful! The jeweler did a great job on the ring and the price was surprisingly reasonable! I will definitely recommend them for any jewelry repair!

I been with this jeweler before it became Coopers fine Jewelers.So it been about 20 years. I like a specific kind of jewelry they will notify me if new pieces come in.. They know there customers by name your not just a face to them.The customer service is superior. They greet u a smile. I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU.

I recently took my David Yurman necklace in to have the clasp replaced. Not only was the clasp replaced but it came back clean and looking like new. I had previously taken it to two David Yurman stores that told me the necklace could not get it clean. Cooper Fine Jewelers made it look like new.

I took my watch by there to have a new battery installed. I had to leave it as there was either no one that wanted to deal with it at the time, or not available. So, after leaving it I had just enough time to make it home when I was called to pick it up.
When I arrived the next day to pick it up, they couldn’t find my watch. They searched for twenty minutes, finally found it and they couldn’t set the day.
I paid and left with my watch. It worked for almost 3 hours. Disappointed with the whole thing, I through the watch in a drawer where it sits today.

Great experience!! If you go ask for KeKe she is amazing. She answered all our questions and got my wife and I fixed up in the same day! I even came back the next day and purchased a necklace!
