“When I say my guys behind the counter so cool love this store and there always available for a smile if you having a day he's explained how sometimes people use his for amusement machines to get out the house talk it's a cool new clean environment he gets an elaborated view because I walked in and he was sanitizing cleaning his store making sure he's keeping the public as safe as possible it's 9:42 am and to make someone stop and add a review know he got real good energy thanks for coming to state line so we won't have to pay Arkansas prices look at God want He do it and his giddiness the store clearly for regulars wow relaxing and happiness this morning”
“Fantastic value on cigarettes if you still take part in that nasty disgusting habit as I do.It’s the only place left in the world that charges an extra 35 cents for using a debit/credit card fr purchases under $10.Still cheaper quality cigarettes and served to you by some of Texarkana’s beautifully polite and courteous ladies.”

“They say welcome to Paradise every time you walk in. It's a quick in and out no wait clean bathrooms they even got a subway. You don't see people just standing around outside the store. I know it makes me feel unsafe when I see a bunch of people standing around the front door of a business of a convenience store where I got to stop and do business. You don't have to worry about that at paradise. Big enough for an RV up to a 50-footer diesel pumps are on the end. Has handicap parking. Has an additional parking lot on the side. Just a great place. God bless you have a nice day.”

“That’s really embarrassing it’s around 11pm I arrived to fill up gas ⛽️ I see homeless dogs are walking around me but the good thing is I don’t fear of dogs I was thinking how they let their dog’s on road with no reason this is annoying…if you’re effortless why do you guys own them. Please don’t be a sinner. You know dogs are fainting at me for food literally I can’t effort to buy a hotdog so I just left over. If you still do this please stop doing…thanks!”

“Very clean and well maintained, with a big parking lot and lots of lighting. Staff was efficient: not overly friendly, but professional. Gas prices were on the high side for the area. The Wendy's on site has a big dining room, for a convenience store restaurant.”
“The workers are not that friendly, and I usually get hit up for spare change in the parking lot, but I buy beer there sometimes on Sunday and their prices are pretty reasonable.”

“Today I had a great experience at this E-Z Mart location being that cashier Darniesha Wrightner was so professional even with her Lottery machine scanner working poorly And the line continuing to grow with just her by herself. She never got frustrated nor made any one feel that they were being over looked ( my opinion) my personal experience was great. Thank you Darniesha Wrightner.”
“Ok ...So we call an order in for a cheese burger meals the lady on the phone said that it will be 25 minutes so ok we ordered it....But when we got there the lady who took the order went on her break and forgot to tell the cook about the order....so when we arrived to pick up our food it wasn't ready ..So out of the goodness of this person heart and Good Customer Service she went on and made the hamburger meals and didn't charge us.. we offer to pay for it but she said that she will take care of it...we have been customer here at OT for years...so I wanted to say thank you 🙠for going beyond to satisfying your customer ...So HRER A BIG SHOUT-OUT TO THE LADY WITH THE PINK HAIR THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE LIKE YOU IS WHAT MAKES THE WORLD LOOK GOOD AND THANK OT FOR HIRING GREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS LADY sorry we didn't get her name”

“I would like to let everyone know that I was trying to locate a Notary, thought I had seen it advertised in the camera dept at walgreens a couple of years ago so I reluctantly decided to call. Honestly did not figure I would get an answer by phone however the lady who answered the call, TIARA, proved me wrong! She told me they did not have a Notary, I asked was she sure because I thought I saw a sign in the camera department, she said maybe she was wrong and offered to transfer me to that department. No one answered by 4 rings so TIARA came back on the line and said she contacted her manager to make sure she told me correctly and she let me know she was sorry but they for sure do not have a Notary. It's not everyday an employee goes out of their way to help and she was not only helpful and friendly, I could see her smile through her voice! Just wanted to let Walgreens on Richmond Road know I received exceptional service from their employee TIARA today!!!”
