“Store associates were very helpful with my early Christmas shopping. I initially came in for a smart watch, but I somehow found myself looking at the Oculus Quest 2 VR headsets instead. My son's been asking for an Oculus for the last couple of years, but I don't know anything about VR, so the greeter at the door called someone to come help me. The associate was great. Very informative and knowledgeable about the headset. Even walked me through the set-up process and explained how to download games. He also recommended a variety of accessories, protective cases, etc. Best Buy made over $300 off me that day, but I can honestly say it was worth every penny. The Oculus Quest 2 is awesome. It does everything the salesman said it would and more. Top notch customer service ?”
