I am grateful for the place with clean soft sheets and pillows. There was water but no hot water. 6 to 6, and the maintenance had been working on the waterheater for awhile.

Hubby and wife get away. The staff was amazing friendly as all could be. breakfast was full service breakfast items. The cook was awesome tremendously sweet kudos to the Texas shaped waffles. The office had a little mini grocery store, no vending machine which I really like this idea you just go pick your items up. You check out. The room was very clean and spacious it were very nice. The only thing the bed was very hard and we had an opening in the ceiling where a smoke detector was gone, but the rooms were spacious with a little loveseat for you. I just wish they had a TV in that area for you to watch . The lobby was very nice clean. They have cookies for you if you want one and they have coffee at the front door when you come in the pool was OK. It was locked up. We didn’t get to the pool all closed though.
Rooms: Very big , bed was little hard. Microwave, mini fridge. Lots space great view.
Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Safety: We felt very staff in this area.
Food and drinks: Nice little general store for items. Breakfast area very nice . Lots of items to choose from.

Not a good place to stay. Staff was friendly. Mold in shower, handle of shower falling off. Breakfast area sparse on many items like juices and milk. side doors remain blocked open all night so did not feel safe.

I don’t normally complain, but this was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this place at all. Went to 2 separate rooms and They both had a mold problem. The rooms felt moist, stains on the lamp shades, and stains in the bathroom. Place needs a thorough cleaning. The elevator was very sketchy as well, practically dropped us once we reached the 1st floor. Also, there was a nasty funny smell in the elevator. For $140 I expected much better for that price.

Nice motel. Our room only had one waste basket and one cushioned chair, like the room was for a single occupant. Could not get the koerig single cup brewer to work. Ceiling smoke detector was missing. Still use this motel because convenient and behind a cracker barrel restaurant.

Stayed in other Comfort Suites, but will never stay in this one again. Bed was hard (one of the hardest I have slept on in a hotel). Two mornings in a row the coffee was empty @ breakfast and stayed that way for over an hour. The ladies were in the little room, in the kitchen, talking, and did not care about the food or coffee. I seen five workers on the second morning here, in two different rooms just talking for over 30 minutes. The rooms were ok, but the halls and elevator had a musky order. There are other hotels around, save your money and go to another one.

Someone’s dirty socks left stuffed in the couch, which was also soiled and covered in pet hair. Bathroom not cleaned well, plug in the bathroom didn’t work.

They need to clean the bathroom really deep.
Pool was super dirty. Front desk told me that it was clean the day before which was not true.

Not a bad hotel, but the pool was closed for cleaning and they didn't post that anywhere. When I asked the desk agent she said it would be open the next day, but it wasn't. The bed mattress was very firm. We still slept pretty good. It has a beautiful lobby and the breakfast attendant was sincerely attentive. I would stay here again. I just hope the pool is open next time.

Absolutely amazing night shift. Kiki was and is a wonderful human being. She was so helpful and sweet. After 14+ plus hours on the road with two tired kiddos, she made it all better. Great place to safely lay your head down and get breakfast! All of the staff was awesome!! Thank you so much.

The hotel staff was great specifically the lady who worked at the front desk. She was great! The location was also a good location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Their breakfast was also good. My issue is with the actual room. The shower was dirty, the water would not stop dripping from the faucet in the shower/tub, the air was barely working. We had to call for help fixing the tv which was minor but front desk worker came and fixed it. We also found an old package of donuts which pretty much tells you the rooms are not being cleaned properly. I have stayed at plenty of Comfort Inn’s and this was the worst.

This hotel was great for our trip! The room was comfortable and clean. There were some minor signs of wear, but nothing concerning. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The highlight was the staff, they were all friendly and helpful. We will stay here again!

Excellent! Ms Toni the lady at the front counter was SOOOOOO NICE. SOOO SWEET. Had been driving in the rain for hours and was so ready to rest how about we got jacuzzi rooms the last ones they had left! Then someone came in and blessed her with dinner. I said look at God!! I had a very pleasant stay and breakfast was diced potatoes, sausage, eggs, breakfast rolls, biscuits, yogurt, cereal coffee, tea, fruit, your choice of whatever you want! Loved my stay at Comfort Suites!!! Thank you Ms Toni❤️❤️❤️
Rooms: HUGE ROOM with King bed. Kitchenette area, sink outside bathroom and inside, sofa
Food and drinks: diced potatoes, sausage, eggs, breakfast rolls, biscuits, yogurt, cereal coffee, tea, fruit, your choice of whatever you want! There are sooo many restaurants near by anything u desire all cuisines within 2 mi. and the Central Mall of Texarkana across the highway... everything right there.
