Classic? Nope! Stellar? Yes! This service center is spectacular! Comfy seating to wait or shuttle service to go elsewhere while they tend your vehicle. Viewing window seating so you can see the operations! Friendly, helpful parts depth. Shout out to Jon Michael service advisor who kept me in the loop as multiple services were performed on my car! Informative but zero pressure consult regarding likely upcoming services on my high mileage (200k +) Soul. Colton (tech) did a great job. No greasy fingerprints all over my car and interior! Well worth the time to travel PAST another Kia dealer that did previous unsatisfactory service! Shout out to Jerrah! Great welcoming chat upon my first visit! Give your puppins a treat from me! Thanks for making me feel like a VIP and giving my Sassy Soul extra special care! You guys keep it classy!

Service department bad communication. Showed up to pick up the vehicle at the time I was told and it had not been worked on. No phone call made to me to let me know. After deciding to leave the vehicle for most of the day found out no parts available and would have to do it another day. The final straw was unauthorized work was being performed. Reprogramming the computer for an emission recall without my approval. I would not recommend for service.
These issues were discussed face to face with the service manager and over the phone with the GM. These types of failures are basic to good customer service.

Denise goes above and beyond. Do not go without an appointment. They make you wait 3 hrs. Apollo told me it would be finished in an 1hr 30 mins. Make sure you check what you get done. They didn’t do what they checked off stating they did. I had to check it myself and bring it back. Didn’t top off washer fluid like stated. Didn’t change cabin or engine air filters. Wouldn’t even balance my tires when they rotated them. Do NOT waste your time.

The experience to purchase a vehicle is quick and efficient. I needed to purchase a vehicle due to my GMC truck engine failure while driving through Texas. While needing major repairs for my truck, the team at Kia Classic went above and beyond to accommodate my circumstances. I purchased a car that fit my budget to get me back on the road. Life threw me a curve ball and Classic Kia was there for me. Very Impressed!

Came to get my car serviced and to fix my tire pressure alert. Apollo took wonderful care of me and was extremely respectful! Also was very informative and made sure to explain any concerns I had. Thank you, Apollo!
