Josh in the service department provided exceptional service from the start. He accommodated me the following morning at 9 a.m. and diagnosed the problem by 11 a.m. He efficiently handled the warranty company and kept me updated on the status of my repair until the radio arrived at the facility. I highly rate his customer service and communication skills.

They have the worst service department!!! Be careful dealing with them. You take a vehicle in for one thing and several more things happen when they try to fix it. Maybe they need to get a whole new crew that knows what they are doing. They don’t care that you are a hard worker and without a ride while they have yours. Last time I will ever deal with them

This is going to be long worst customer service I have ever experienced.i was looking for 2500 ram truck I saw one that I liked the salesman sent me a picture of it I told him I was interested in the truck. I went to dealership to look at salesman drove me around to find it. He then told me it was in service so I told him call when it came out of service. He called a day or so later and said truck was out of service and ready. Well I drove down there to look at the truc got there and it was not the truck we had spoke about.he didn’t know where other truck was so I started talking about the truck he had there. I liked the truck but it did not have cab lights on. I agreed to see about buying it this is where everything went down hill. The needed some paint touch up and I also wanted cab lights put on.well he stated he sold get paint touched and check on putting cab lights on. Well he came back and told me the service guy refused to put cab lights.well stupid me said if he sold get fenders fixed I would still buy the truck. He agreed but then he called and said paint lady would not be there for a few days I said fine call me when the fenders are fixed. Well he calls me later and wanted me to come sign papers. I said I would sign when truck was ready he then told me if I didn’t sign someone else may buy truck. Actually threatened me if I didn’t sign he was going to sell to someone else I said oh well I not signing till it ready. Called me next morning and said truck would be ready that day well too late for me I had already made my mind up I was going to buy truck after I had been lied to so many times. I have never seen such poor customer service anywhere

Gregg in the service department is as very accommodating and knowledgeable as. They fixed my car and even held it for me while I was on an offshore job until I got back. I will definitely come back!

I wouldn't do a deal with James Thurston. He messages people on Facebook like me that are selling their vehicles and then offers me money he can't promise and never returns my messages. Scam!

We live in East Texas & we had an issue with my jeep that I had for one week while we where out of town. We had it towed to Classic as that was the closest jeep dealership. They were wonderful & kept us updated on everything.

Had a Great experience buying my Jeep here. Hunter handle the sale and he was very knowledgeable on the the vehicles on the lot. Josh is service is now my go to! He took good care of my father-in-laws truck that I was driving before purchasing the Jeep. Since he passed away a couple years ago I let him know how special the truck was and how much it meant to me. I picked it up and it looked and drove great! Also, has taken good care of my Jeep. A big thanks to Josh and his service team! Great job! Good people, Good Service!

No accountability. I took my car in and originally I was told it would be $600 due to the belt coming off and getting wedged between the harmonic balancer and the block. They then stated they had to take off the radiator to get to it. This upping the price to fix my car up to $1100. I then talked to another mechanic outside of the dealership and they said that they could have just cut it and pulled it out. When I finally received my car back the finder liner was not properly in place the way it was when the car was dropped off. I called and they told me to bring it in the following Monday. I ask the service rep what if it gets damaged between now and then. They advised me that it would be fine. That Monday I arrived and they took it back. I was there a hour for them to come back and state that they didn’t do it and that it was ripped so it couldn’t be repaired then ask me if I wanted to price a new one along with what it would cost to put it on. At this time I advised them I did not because of the past issues and unnecessary things added to my previous invoice. I would not recommend this service department or dealership due to ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.

Had such an amazing experience working with Eric morales he worked hard for me and got me the car of my dreams I had been to 5 other dealerships and no one wanted to help me but he made it happen! Couldn’t be more happy or thankful!! Use him for all of your car needs!! ☺️

We needed a truck. The current one we had was on its last leg. I called up Eric Morales and told him what I needed. This man jumped through hoops for us. We showed up at 6 and hour before closing time and 1 hour later we were driving off the lot in a brand new truck. Highly highly recommend seeing this team. They are awesome. We are repeat costumers. This make #5 from this team. Thank you again Eric.

My beautiful Lincoln’s engine blew on me, of course I got the extra $ Warranty and was able to get my engine replaced, there were some trials and tribulations throughout the ordeal , finding a engine with the troubles we have with the auto parts industry going on right now, to some kinks being addressed that should of been and were not, this Angel of a man Greg Adams, put up with me and my endless phone calls and e-mails and texts that I wasn’t always the nicest too him about, to offering to pick me up each time I needed to come in and have my car serviced, or looked at over engine things. He is the most professional car service person I have ever encountered, he was upset when I was upset and wanted to fix and address any issues I was having with my car. The other employees respect him alot, his boss forgot his name , but he was a good guy as well in my journey. He explained something’s I wasn’t understanding what had taken place with my car due to me not being mechanically inclined . The staff was always friendly and courteous, place is always clean as a whistle, very inviting. Drinks if needed and I am pretty sure donuts EVERY day there open . Greg Adams was nothing but a great help, and friend throughout the month or so I was without my car. He is absolutely a certified specialist, he needs a raise a vacation, medal of some nature for putting up with me, promotion certainly, I would love too see him be the boss of the entire service department he deserves definitely! He is the only person I can trust with my car needs and I cannot thank him enough for all he done! Keep up the good work and Chrysler ,Dodge, Jeep Of Texarkana Texas is lucky to have a man of such knowledge on there team!

These guys will take care of you and your vehicle, ask for Greg Adams, he’s a go getter who will make sure you and your vehicle receive the best service possible! A year back when they didn’t have exactly what I wanted, I was ready to walk, they dig deep and found the exact truck I wanted, wish I remembered the salesman... Since then they’ve serviced it and done an awesome job!
