Bought a truck, coolant leak when purchased took it up there several times to get looked at, we were told nothing was wrong every time eventually the coolant became an issue, they gave us a rental car called and told us the engine was shot, then said water pump. It was very difficult to know what to trust since one of the managers kept arguing with us about who was going to eat the cost, we had to fight and plead our case show proof to several different employees that we brought the truck back several times within the first weeks purchase and not one worker documented our incident. It took 4 months and the issue progressively getting worse and a fight to get this dealt with, the vehicle was never inspected by the company before it was sold to us as a “good reliable truck”I do not recommend this place since purchasing the vehicle we have had nothing but issues. $30,000 on a truck and this is how we were treated. Yes the issue was resolved, hopefully but I’m very unpleased with this entire process. I will get my next vehicle elsewhere.

Will never go to another dealership but Classic!! These guys are awesome from start to finish. Super friendly, helpful and honest. Kevin McDonald is the best salesman there is, he will go above and beyond to get you the best deal. Thanks Classic y'all are great!

Terrible business. I've bought a brand new 2022 gmc 2500. The air goes out in it at 28k miles. I drive an hour to have it fixed and my appointment was not set and no rental was waiting. Nick Patton, the guy who sells me the truck promises me that they will come pick my truck up , bring me a rental and drop it off when it's done. We'll he forgot then the service people forgets. So 4 appointments later they finally come get my new 2022 truck and leave me with nothing to drive. Terrible business. No loner vehicle nothing to drive until my truck is fixed.

I would not advise anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership.It is sad that they are linked to the Gregg Orr family of dealerships. I have purchased several vehicles from Gregg Orr (Hot Springs)and have been very happy with the way they have worked with me, but this dealership in Texarkana, TX is more interested in lining their pockets and have no interest in their customers. Steer clear of this dealership and Javon Bradley, he will sell you a vehicle that is way over your budget. I found them to be rude and not caring. All they want is your money. Buyer beware, these guys are crooks!

I have to say I am disappointed, have spent roughly $170k in the past 2 years with the classic family and treated like a nobody. Took me waiting 5 days and calling a manager for numbers. With the way the market is they have gotten greedy and only care about the short term gain. When I asked for a loyal customer discount as the used vehicle price was inflated horribly I was told to my face by a manager well to bad someone will pay it. This was supposed to be a fun experience buying my son his first vehicle instead it gave both him and I an eye opening experience that at the end of the day it's all about money. Time to move on to a new dealership, good luck finding the loyal customers when your windfall goes away
