This is usually the only pawn shop I try to use because everyone is so friendly. But when it comes to actually speaking with the workers and feeling like fully serviced whatever reason I am there for, I only get that from Amy, Brittany, and Vette. So I give those 3 workers 5 stars and the store would probably be ran better if it was just those 3 working there.

I use them pretty regular when work slows down and while I feel they do try to maximize profits they could do a little better on the the offer for some things like 400$ nail guns 45$ is all they want to give. Then you see one out on the floor and they want to ask 190 for it and it's beat all to hell but it is a pawnshop and it is all about making as much as they can so I ain't mad. If I feel some type of way I could go elsewhere

The employee that worked with me was rude. And was insisting my jewelry was fake before even seeing it. Its not the first time but it is the last time. Just disappointing because it used to be a good place for a deal and some quick cash but now its more of a scam than it used to be.
