Recently after our ice storm they had roughly 900+ cars go through and my windshield wiper was ripped off. They ordered a new one immediately and the next week it took about five minutes for them to install. Always an enjoyable experience.”

“They say welcome to Paradise every time you walk in. It's a quick in and out no wait clean bathrooms they even got a subway. You don't see people just standing around outside the store. I know it makes me feel unsafe when I see a bunch of people standing around the front door of a business of a convenience store where I got to stop and do business. You don't have to worry about that at paradise. Big enough for an RV up to a 50-footer diesel pumps are on the end. Has handicap parking. Has an additional parking lot on the side. “The owner was amazing. I had hauled chicken and it made my trailer smell horrible. She recommended a coffee rinse got to smell out and save the day Because I wasn't rejected from my next stop because of the smell. Definitely go here and it was very inexpensive.”

“Ok ...So we call an order in for a cheese burger meals the lady on the phone said that it will be 25 minutes so ok we ordered it....But when we got there the lady who took the order went on her break and forgot to tell the cook about the order....so when we arrived to pick up our food it wasn't ready ..So out of the goodness of this person heart and Good Customer Service she went on and made the hamburger meals and didn't charge us.. we offer to pay for it but she said that she will take care of it...we have been customer here at OT for years...so I wanted to say thank you 🙠for going beyond to satisfying your customer ...So HRER A BIG SHOUT-OUT TO THE LADY WITH THE PINK HAIR THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE LIKE YOU IS WHAT MAKES THE WORLD LOOK GOOD AND THANK OT FOR HIRING GREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS LADY sorry we didn't get her name”

“The touchless automatic car wash for $8 dollars did a good job at cleaning the 2020 Tesla Model 3. There is no dryers at the automatic car wash. I was also here 2 days ago and the back of the car was slightly dirty after the wash but it looked better.”

I knew he was trying to close you shop for the day and there were two other vehicles that turned in as I did. He didn’t complain one time he gave the most upbeat, customer service And took his time with each customer. Thank you again Brandon for making me and others feel special at the car wash today.
