Burlington has been a favorite store of mine for years! Used to have to drive 2 hrs to get to the closest store but they finally built one near me!!! I'm so happy!!!

I like shopping here but there are days where you can't get down the aisles. Also the selection of clothing is outdated (women's tops, pants and jeans, and skirts especially)

Burlington needs more attentive managers. When it takes 20+ minutes standing in the checkout before abandoning the thought of buying something and leaving because the one person working is super slow (not saying it's her, it could be the process). But management should have jumped in and helped when the line was 5 deep.. then maybe they wouldn't have lost three sales..

Very disorganized. Waited in line for over 30 min. They had a different line for cash, which blocked the exit for all theirs. Need to rethink that one.

If I would give it a zero I would. Been coming here since it first opened and today the store is dirty items all over the floor. Cashier never said a word or smiled. I had over 10 bags and you can’t even take the cart outside. WTH I will never be back here again.
