I have spent several thousand dollars at this store over the past several years. But those days are finished. I bought a $400+ pair of boots from this store last year. They still look brand new. I wear them on occasion. The heels have started coming off both of these boots. My first pair of Dan post boots I have ever had. And it will probably be my last. The manager (?) was very rude to me and offered me no help in resolving my concern. I just wanted to see about getting some sort of repair on them. Then proceeded to get loud with me. If my business is worth no more than the way I was treated today, boot barn doesn’t want my business. I will spend my hard earned money at a store that takes care of their customers or at least offers some sort of resolution. What I gathered was this: sorry you spent all that money with us. But get screwed. We don’t care. I’m done. I will never be back. And I will tell everyone I see to do the same.

Service is great. There is always someone available to help you. The store has a great variety of items. I wish the sizing was more inclusive & the kids boot selection was a bit larger, but over all this is a great place to shop! Definitely will be shopping there again!

My name is Giovanni Méndez and today February 3rd, 2024 I experienced emotional distress and racial profiling it feels like. We walked in with good intention to purchase their products and we were falsely accused of stealing as well as walking around us suspiciously like if we were going to steal. They didn’t want to help us and kept asking “if I needed help” and proceeded to say they didn’t have the product i was looking for and I even found it myself. The Texarkana police department was called on us and were Aggressive at first once we walked out of the store with our stuff paid and a lady who works their came out and rechecked our stuff to see if we had stolen EVEN after she’d seen us pay. It makes no sense right? If you are seeing this Texarkana boot barn we plan on suing.

I was visiting from Michigan and wanted a nice pair of black cowboy boots. Cheyenne (?) helped me pick the perfect pair for my feet. Her perfect customer service skills and product knowledge makes her an asset to this store.
