I have been to this autozone on two seperate occasions. Once when I was dealing with issues with my truck and once when my wife’s car had an issue. On both occasions I was extremely stressed and worried about what was going on with my vehicles. And on both occasions, an employee by the name Ricky T, possibly (Rickey T.), absolutely went above and beyond my expectations more than I can even put into words. He was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Each time he effectively diagnosed and fixed the issue and gave me peace of mind. Absolutely the best customer service interaction I have ever had. Absolutely gained a customer for life. I’m not sure if he is the store manager but if not he should be. I was absolutely blown away by his kindness and how much he went out of his way to help me. 10 out of 10 no doubt

They didn't have the part I needed at this store but called across town and had them hold it for me. I usually shop there about once a month, and its hit and miss that they have what I need.

Shopped here for the last 7years, and EVERYONE has been exceedingly helpful. I've changed multiple parts, AT the store, and at home, both of which the customer service were amazing.

Absolutely blessed with the help of this location. I bought brand new windshield wipers in Durant Oklahoma yesterday evening, and they were not thrilled helping me put them on.. i left for a work route the next morning at 5am and the driver side windshield wiper flew off my car. I stopped in Auto zone in Texarkana, Ricky helped replaced the wiper and put it on my car with a smile on his face. He was so helpful and so Nice! Thank you Ricky!!

I came into the store looking for a bulb for my vehicle the store did not have bulb in stock and I headed to another local auto store who had the bulb but wouldn’t install it. I called and spoke Ricky and he had me come back in to the store and installed in so I wouldn’t be stranded nearly 3 hours from home.I definitely would do more business with the store and Ricky!
