“We were travel from Houston to MO and had a panel come loose on our car below the engine. Custom Car Care was 3 miles away. They fixed us up with a bolt to reattach the panel to the car. Customer service was top notch. And they took care of us with smiles and a 30 minute detour. Highly recommend this shop as they were so kind to help us out on our trip.”

“I went to four other places to get an inspection before the last recommended Shelby’s. The others are reputable service centers, but they all only had 1 inspector on staff and they were “at lunch” at 3 p.m. The place before had told me Shelby’s had 4 inspectors on staff and would get me in and out fast. No kidding! From the moment I arrived at Shelby’s and was on my way with my inspection was in less than 10 minutes. The women at the desk were friendly and fast. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Plus, I got to pet a sweet kitty. Next time I need an oil change or tires, I’m going there.”

I was sent to Southern Tire Mart by Daniels Tire Shop because I had one tire with the lug nuts ceased on. The staff was quick to try and get them off. When that was unsuccessful they made some calls and connected me to someone who they believed would get the lugs off.
Even though I didn't purchase anything from them, they happily gave 30 mins of their work day to see if they could help.
I appreciate their kindness and helpfulness to put me in contact with the next place I went.”

Viewing window seating so you can see the operations! Friendly, helpful parts depth. Shout out to Jon Michael service advisor who kept me in the loop as multiple services were performed on my car! Informative but zero pressure consult regarding likely upcoming services on my high mileage (200k +) Soul. Colton (tech) did a great job. No greasy fingerprints all over my car and interior! Well worth the time to travel PAST another Kia dealer that did previous unsatisfactory service! Shout out to Jerrah! Great welcoming chat upon my first visit! Give your puppins a treat from me! “*****Open 7 days a week.*****Friendly and Reasonably Quick.I bought tires via Online saving about $78 per tire versus Sam's Club even with Plus Membership.Sam's WILL NOT mount any tire that is not specific to the vehicle nor will they if bought from anywhere other than Sam's Club.Sam's Club employees complain about management and not permitting breaks, everybody knows it.A-Z you guys seem so happy even though it was hot and the work is dirty.Thanks Craig and Lee for your help.My apprehension was just shattered, I'm lining up my other wheels to wrap them as well.Business Cards need to be made, just a helpful tip, I'm going to play with it and drop some off sometime.”
