“I have dealt with a lot of different auto repair shops over time, and have to share my experience with the staff at Shelby's Service Center in Texarkana. I have a vehicle that was throwing several different codes and each could have reflected different issues, and was expecting to pay hundreds in repair costs to address each. They got me in quick, and resolved the issue with a simple scan and reset. Where I was painfully prepared to spend a lot of $$ to address, because others would have charged a lot to address each issue, the team at Shelby's reflected a sense of honesty and professionalism that is far too uncommon these days. Because I know I can count on their professional integrity, I will definitely be calling on them whenever needed in the future.”

“We were travel from Houston to MO and had a panel come loose on our car below the engine. Custom Car Care was 3 miles away. They fixed us up with a bolt to reattach the panel to the car. Customer service was top notch. And they took care of us with smiles and a 30 minute detour. Highly recommend this shop as they were so kind to help us out on our trip.”
“I have 1990 c1500 I’ve had idling issues and needed the brakes bleed. I have them all the time they need to do it and I got it back a couple weeks later the truck runs better than it never has before and the brake feel amazing. I would 1000% recommend this mechanic shop.”

“I called ahead about having a flat. I called Thomas at southern tire mart. He said he had a tech avaliable. I pulled in 15 min later and Roger jumped right on it. Good group of guys. Had me in and out. Will continue to use Thomas and his guys at southern tires.”
“We were travelling along I30 when we hit debris that had fallen off of a truck. This destroyed my front tire and cut into my gas tank. We had it towed to McLarty Ford for assessment and repairs. Not only did they take us in immediately but they gave us a courticey car to drive to the local motel. By the time we got to the motel, we received a call that the tire had been replaced and that they had ordered a gas tank. Fantastic customer service. This is the way all service should be!”
“McLarty was my husband's auto dealership for years. When we purchased my vehicle, Klark made the whole buying process painless and got us in what I wanted with a payment we could afford.
I use the quick lube for servicing and the guys there are so respectful and kind.
Recently we've had some motor issues. I've always scheduled servicing online which is an easy process to pick a day & time thats fit my schedule. Andrea has always been a pleasure to encounter. She's kept us informed on what's going on. And we've had our vehicle back in an appropriate time.
I won't ever use a different dealership/quick lube/service center.”
“I got my car scheduled in for an oil change and tire rotation over the phone. They got me in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and were done in about the time that was given. I'm thankful for the shuttle service for getting me back to work and coming back to pick me up once my car was done. I waited maybe 10 mins before the shuttle arrived at the dealership. Katie and Vanessa are professional and informative. This is a great place to do business.”

“We were on our way back to Western, KY from Dallas Texas after moving our daughter out there. On a Saturday afternoon we broke down and called this place. Not only did he just happen to be there, he and his lovely wife took time out of their Saturday to fix our Ford Truck. Not only did he fix it right then, he didn’t charge us, and he took time away from his time with his family to help get us home safely. Top notch human being right there.”

“Last week my wife and I were traveling from Boston to San Antonio when, just short of Texarkana, we experienced a tire problem. We pulled into the dealership and we were taken care of immediately. JJ Darty, the service manager, and his techs were excellent. A new tire was required and one was ordered for delivery the next morning. JJ took care of everything and, in fact, JJ personally drove us to the hotel where we spent the night and then picked us up the next morning when our vehicle was ready. We appreciate the great service given by JJ and his techs, and we are grareful for the friendliness and consideration extended to us.”

“I never write reviews, but after the experience I had here, I needed to come and give them 5 stars. My car broke down on the side of the interstate early into a 15 hour drive and no auto shops would even take a look at it. I could tell Anderson's was busy too, as cars were packed in the parking lot. But they got me in right away and it ended up being a simple issue that took little time to fix. If they wouldn't have taken me in, I would have been stuck in the area over the weekend. Very down to earth, kind people that know what they're doing. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank y'all again for saving me in a rough patch !”
