The lady that helped me was very nice first of all! The guy in the office in the back was a smart*%$ and very condescending! I was asking why I was paying a $250 deductible for a phone I have almost completely paid off and have been paying insurance for. I was very nice while he was very arrogant with his responses to me after being rude to the lady that was helping me, asking why she couldn't explain it!

Erik is killin it! He’s very easy to get along with and listens well and is eager to help you with anything to help your AT&T experience be absolutely top notch and very enjoyable. Texarkana on state line store beside McDonald’s. Go see him, you won’t regret it I promise!

Erik provided the most thorough efficient and rapid service I’ve ever encountered in an AT&T store. Folks in town said the Stateline store in Texarkana was the one to visit and they were right.

So the sales experience and store service was great.Had some issues with billing but with time was able to get the right customer service help.I don't like how hard it is to talk to a human when dealing with problems with service but we'll see how the service goes.

It was the very best experience ever of a phone store. Desmond was excellent he needs a promotion and a large raise. Do not let this young man slip away excellent employees are hard to find and it would be bad for AT&T for him to go to a competitor

The team here is great but the website allows curbside pickup which they said they don’t do. My husband waited for a long time and then finally called to find out it was ready but that they didn’t do curbside. He was not happy. I wish their website was updated.
