I was calling everywhere to get an appointment asap for a sick pup I just got. Thankfully they understood the situation & they were able to fit me in the same day.
At my appointment they were really caring & I liked how let me know prices before doing anything.

My mom had an emergency with her dog. Had called another office to take him to, set up a time so they would be ready. When she got there she waited 20 mins for the lady at the front desk to tell her they were "busy". She took him to Ark LA Tex and they were on it. From getting him out of the car to keeping him all day. Unfortunately his wounds were too severe and he did not make it, but the compassion and kindness the staff showed my mom and I was beyond words. They allowed us to visit with him and did everything they could to keep him comfortable. I did not get the young ladies name but she stayed with him while we could not. She made sure he was not alone through all of this. She brought him out when I picked him up and was gentle and comforting. We appreciate the staff, their work and compassion they did and had for us today.

Ark LA Tex Animal Clinic is an awesome place to take your pet. The staff and the Veterinarian were awesome, very friendly, and helpful.
They explained everything regarding the treatment of my pet.
I highly recommend Ark La Tex Animal Clinic.

Do NOT go to the vet for anything! She has no clue what they are doing. They killed one of my pets!! The vet herself has poor bedside manner, no empathy!! Accuses you of not taking care of your animals. Gets annoyed when you come back after her treatment didn't work the first time. They are cheap but your animals may not sirvive!

I read of a patron that witnessed rough treatment of animal patients there! Recent kitten brought there for exam now cries after when touched now w possible fractured hip w expensive X-rays needed! They should be investigated by Dept of AG!

I have been to this vet several times in the past 2-3 months they have yet to tell me what is wrong with my dog. All they say is oh well it must be allergies and just keep prescribing random medication and not finding out what the actual issue is. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I also waited an hour for an appointment that I had scheduled and they were taking people that came in after me first. Very displeased with the service and attentiveness here!

While I'm sure Dr.Wheat has probably helped many animals, I saw her hurt my older fur babies with no expression of remorse while my babies screaming like I have never heard before, leaving me in total shock. I even thought should I call the police on her but figured she would only minimize the story. She may have been having a bad day but I saw evil.....Needless to say, I will never, take my animals back there again, They deserve so much better. We had been warned about this veterinary and we didn't heed the warning, trying to save some money. That didn't go well either because the bill was 3 times the amount we were told. You have been warned!!

This is lulù and peanut. I take both to this clinic. Staff here have been caring with both of my pets, and quick to tent to us, they show the passion they have for their job.
