Jason was amazing! This was our first stop in our Mattress Shopping Adventure. I was dreading it. I told my husband before we even walked in that we were going to explore our options; that we didn’t need to buy a mattress at the first place we walk into out of desperation for a good nights sleep. Well, I was wrong….(but I won’t tell my husband that.) We definitely lucked out stopping here first. Jason helped us find the PERFECT mattress and we have been sleeping wonderfully since it arrived a couple months ago! We also had a mishap with the Black Friday bundle not submitting correctly and when I called him, he was immediately looking into it for us. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer, not just a sale! He even had an endless amount of patience with our loud, rambunctious children. (If you’re reading this, sorry again about all of that, Jason!) By far deserves more than 5 stars. We are going back to get our girls new mattresses as well and will be recommending Jason at America’s Mattress to friends and family! This is definitely the one stop shop for a new mattress!

Jason at American Mattress is the “MAN” to talk too when buying a mattress. We spent half a day in the store laying on different mattresses and talking about each one. Jason showed us all the different frames and mattresses we were interested in. He was extremely polite and was not pushy at all. The whole experience was a blessing. Jason went the extra mile with us and we are grateful for that. Happy New Year to Jason and American Mattress!!!!

If you need a mattress this is the place in Texarkana to go. Jason is wonderful and provides excellent customer service. He took time to answer our questions and gave us time to discuss and make an informed decision. He is very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our mattress. The guys who delivered the mattress were also very good, polite and took their time with set up, explained our new bed to us. We bought an adjustable bed and couldn’t be happier. Go see Jason and buy a mattress!

Jason was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and did not rush us or pressure us at all during the process. We were planning on buy one mattress but bought three. We took two with us and he ordered one, it came in the time frame he gave us a week and a half and pick up was a breeze. The warehouse was very professional and fast loaded us up.
